I have right side back pain problem from 3 years it comes and goes but now it's coming frequently I'm upsc aspirant so I have to sit longer on chair ( approx 8-10 hours daily) whenever I take medicine I gets better again after few days it comes again.. Pain is sometimes from right side back to right leg, sometimes only right side back, sometimes right leg only... Pain from moderate to severe... P. S. - I never did any exercise or yoga... My height is 5" 7' weight is 65kg... Please help me 🙏

Chiropractic Mobilization will help.
Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.
Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily.
Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily
Do hot water fermentation twice a day, take rest every hour even while on work atleast for 10mins.
Maintain proper sitting posture.
If possible visit nearest physiotherapy clinic and take ultrasound therapy for a week. The pain will reduce, hot pack at home will help relax muscles immediate.
There is a dics problem in l4 and l5 because of that sciatica nerve getting compression so don’t sit for long time take a break after every hour means just walk and sit don’t take medicines continuously don’t lift weights by bending
Need to find out the reasons why it is happening for that need proper history of your lifestyle, what is your job profile.
Take a break inbetween while working.
Use pillow under your back.
Try to do exercises in between working hours try to take rest.
Apply hot water bag three times a day also while working.
