Lower back pain
I've been having this pain for awhile now but now days I feel the pain more than I used to, it is quite stiff for me when I'm trying to stretch or stand from a seated position also  my back also cracks easily.

Don't crack the back and don't do the stretching directly do an Xray first and check why the pain is there

If you felt stiffness along with this pain,there may be a chance of paraspinal muscle spasm.What is your profession?If you have pain don't bend forward,don't take any weight,don't sit continuously for long time.

U consult to the Physiotherapist. Use Hot water Fomentation twice a day. Improve ur posture while sitting. Start strengthening n stretching exercises.
