My father's age is 62 and he is facing back pain and body pains. Ceragym was really helpful so we are thinking of buying it. Is it really worth buying for? Does it have any side effects? Should my father is used it?

Ceragym is beneficial for temporary use only as it reduces body pain by increasing blood supply to muscles overall but once you start using daily it will make you habituate and you end up being dependent on it .i personally suggest not to buy . Alternatively go for light daily exercises.

Hello..
Ceragym is temporary relief.. not recomended to buy..
Rather go for hot shower bath, apply myolixn ointment for back pain.
Would suggest for more of physical activities..
Eat full bowl of mix fruits once a day..
Morning walk 10-15 mins 7:30am in sun..
Deep breadthing pranayam,
Stay hydrated-Drink lots of water4-5 lits daily..
Good sleep..
He should be fine.
