Pain in back
Since 15 days, He is facing pain in back at left hand side. Yesterday he got  very high fever of approx 106 Fahrenheit.

As you are a diabetes patient, easily catching infection is common. So go to your general physician for fever meanwhile give rest to your body. do moist heat compression for the back and wait until the fever subside.
