Lower back pain
Hello I have lower back pain 1 I feel very less back pain in my body and pain is cramps not daily 2 Due to work I have to sit for long hours but I stand up many times and roam here and there 3 But when I have to stand for long time I feel much pain in back and feel relax after sit 4 if I come from travel than I also feel pain So tell me exact problem and treatment of it

Sir consult online for full assessment n treatment plan. Posture should be correct while sitting n walking. Back strengthening exercises advised. Also check vitD Calcium rich diet .advised.Apply voilini gel twice a day. at back.
