Your symptoms suggest postural imbalance or scoliosis-related muscle strain. Numbness with bending may indicate nerve involvement. X-ray helps, but MRI might be needed.
Next Steps
Please visit me or any qualified physiotherapist for assessment.

I need to have some physical test to rule out the exact problem,  A  spasm is definitely present  for which you can take care by simply applying a hot pack using a hot water bag or electrical hot water bag it should burn your skin using a towel to cover if required. The x-ray is not attached so I will not comment on that, MRI from any certified cent is ok which will help us to come to a final diagnosis, as u underline the pain is for many months and it aggravates during playing activities I can come to conclusions it is musculoskeletal problem which may some days but will be resolved but without test I will not be able to prescribe exercise and continuous of proper exercise is solution for your problem. Exercise is medicine for you which you cannot miss
Next Steps
please connect online for consultation
Health Tips
take rest, use a hot water bag, if you have long sitting work take proper support and take frequent breaks, avoid Jerky movement.
