Hello Back pain radiating to leg is mostly due to sciatica nerve compression but still it can be differentially diagnosed with other conditions.so to make a proper diagnosis u must undergo a lumbar ap and lateral x ray or an MRI of lumbar spine. For palliative treatment start lying prone that is on your stomach when you are empty stomach or three hours post your food with pillow under your chest.do it twice daily for 15 min each time. Do hot water fermentation in the same position. Do not exercise Apply volini on back after heat. Take rest. Avoid long travelling.
Next Steps
please revert with your reports and if with the above you are not relieved please go for physio at your nearby centre.
Health Tips
avoid forward bending avoid prolonged sitting avoid stair climbing avoid one leg standing.

Hi, A low back pain that radiates to hip and down in leg can occur with several conditions like Prolapsed disc, SI join pain and even piriformis symdrome. To confirm these we need to perform some clinical test at clinic and if required imaging studies like x:ray or MRI. I would recommend you to vist a good physical therapist or an Orthopaedic surgeon and get yourself evaluated. Best: Dr. Vivek Gaur.

It could be because of many conditions like sciatica, herniated disc or piriformis syndrome. I would advise you to go and consult the Physiotherapist for proper diagnosis and treatment. Start applying volini gel or any pain relieving gel on the painful area then you can apply hot pack for 15mins twice in a day.
Next Steps
once the pain subsides you can start with the exercises.
Health Tips
avoid lifting heavy objects, forward bending and standing for a long time.
