Motherhood Journey from 2019 to 2022.... Happy Ending.I have visited Phani in 2019. In 2018 I got diagnosed with pcos. I was worried aout pregnancy. I found Phani on practo and then I checked her reviews. I found it good and hence I met her. During our first visit her response was very good. She explained us about conceiving journey and the treatment. She called us ovulation and checked the eggs. She informed us that the PCOS is very mild . We have taken additional stress where we didn't need to worried. My regular check-up begin with her followed with follicular injections and ovulation injection. In dec 2019 I have done HSG. I still remember because of stress and research on Google my abdominal muscles was contracted. When Phani did HSG first time my both tube seems blocked. I was worried at that time. Phani told me that in the age of 28, it is not normal. Let's do it again and she did 2nd round of inserting dye with little more pressure. And found both tubes are open. She is not like other doctor that's why she has charged for 1 cycle only. Some other doctor can charged for 2 cycle. In next month 2020 Jan i got pregnancy. But unfortunately the fetus heartbeat got stopped in 9 week. I got to know about it in 11th week. We have taken medicine and got the procedure done in Apollo Koramangala. That was covid time in March. After 1 month we again started our procedure with Phani. I still remember when Phani got to know about our miscarriage her eyes were wet. That was the time I have decided that she will be the one who deliver my baby in future. Since then within every 3-4 months we are taking regular check-up and then break in next 3-4 months to make us stress free. We have attempted 2 IUI cycles in June 2020 and in 2021 Jan but nothing happened. Phani's treatment is result oriented. She didn't want to stretch the patient unnecessary just to make the bills. She wants to get the results and to heal the patient completely. I have started visiting motherhood because I thought might be the change in procedure could help me. There again Dr suggested for HSG test from Dr. Raghav. After the 3rd HSG again I got pregnant in Nov 2021 . My beta HCG value was 28. Within a week it got reduce to 2.2. And pregnancy was negative. Since 2019 it happened 2-3 times with me where I got positive results but it used to become negative within 1 week. In Feb 2022 I have realised that only Phani can support me and I again started meeting her. We have planned for IvF. In March 2022 I was without medication and only taking supplements. Fortunately in April I got positive pregnancy news normally. Again the game was betaHCG. My initial value was 17. I was worried how it can be improved. After 3 days I have again done it and found it more than 100. without loosing single day we met Phani. She was happy and prescribed me progesterone injection, follic acid, heparin with other medication. after one week we again did the test and it got increased. And our pregnancy journey begun. On Nov 28th I am blessed with baby boy. It was Phani who prescribed me right medication and understand my case in better way. We understood that i have hormonal issue due to which pregnancy didn't4 get longer. Progesterone levels are less. Thanks to Dr. Phani and her MAK team for supporting me throughout my 4 years of journey.

Well we started visiting Dr Madhuri somewhere in end of 2019, when we thought about family planning. To our satisfaction, Dr Madhuri made us very comfortable and did all the pre-screening tests to rule out any anomalies.

The doctor was very clear in her communication that child birth can happen in many ways but the best way is natural conception and which is what she advised us to go ahead with for next few months.

Yes, the doctor prescribed couple of medicines which would help us in the pre-conception journey. We also underwent(deliberate check) HSG test to rule out any complications there. Need to mention it was painless. Pls rule out all the Google reviews here.

Finally, to the reality it struck gold within next few months.

We were all thrilled and excited to meet the doctor to convey the news. The subsequent procedure/checks followed then for the pregnancy duration. We must admit that not a single visit to the doctor was when she didn’t support us and was always positive about the results. One of the scans showed foetus with SUA and we were all worried for the complications here. But, once again the dot kept on supporting us and guaranteed about the positive results.

All the efforts eventually paid off when we saw our lovely princess all healthy and fine in our hands, after 40 weeks.

Dr Madhuri deserves much more than what she does in her regular profession. She would only prescribe what is best suited and required and nothing more. She always supported for natural delivery throughout the journey and gave valuable advise on diet and exercises. Thanks a ton Mam !!

All the support staffs of MAK clinic were also very supportive during the entire journey and with all smiles with every visit during and after the pregnancy.

We started consulting Dr. Phani Madhuri in May 2019 for pregnancy consultation. She suggested HSG test in which we found out that my internal os was partially closed and I was suggested to undergo Diagnostic Hystero-laparoscopy . I was very much scared to undergo the procedure however she performed procedure smoothly and I was able to recover very quickly. On my Delivery date She was continuously getting updates on my health as well as my Baby's health. Baby passed meconium in uterus due to which I had to be taken for emergency C-Section procedure. Immediately she reached the hospital and she comforted as I was really tensed and scared. She performed my C-Section, Because of her sincere efforts I delivered Baby boy on 1st of October.

Also I would like to mention that our domestic help in her pregnancy had some complications which were seen in her scan reports. We approached Dr. Phani Madhuri for our domestic help's situation and she went out of the way and consulted with the right expertise to guide my domestic help in her pregnancy.

We are married for few years now and we're trying for a baby from past 3years. We had been too few doctors, but ended up with no positive results. By then, we were really sad and were in urge of losing hopes.

One of our friend suggested to consult Dr Phani Madhuri mam . Before that I was consulting some doctor in hsr layout and went through infertility treatment ( I had septum uterus ) . That doctor removed septum uterus and we tried 2 IUI after the surgery but nothing worked out for us . In 2019 we consulted Dr Phani madam . I was diagnosed with endometriosis and madam suggested Laparoscopy surgery . During surgery we came to know that septum uterus is partially removed , then she removed septum uterus and left tube clipping was done. After the surgery we tried naturally but no positive result so we went for IVF treatment Bec I was already 32 and we were trying for baby from past seven years . Only 8 good quality eggs were retrieved out of 16 eggs . Quality of eggs were not good Bec of endometriosis problem . I conceived during my first cycle of ivf in 2020 December. The journey was little stressful but madam always motivated with her positive words . In the fourth month , I got preeclampsia ( high blood pressure ) and baby heart beat stopped . I lost all the hope but madam keeps motivating me and we tried second cycle of ivf but that also failed .

She told us to try naturally for few months and gave some egg quality improvement medicine . Due to god grace and madam medicine I conceived naturally in 2022 March and delivered baby girl in December.

I had thyroid problem , septum uterus , endometriosis and left tubal clipping , with all these problems I conceived naturally so always TRUST YOUR BODY and TRUST YOUR DOCTOR.

No Improvements required .*** ** *** **** ** *** *********** After going through various gynecologist ,it was my fortune to meet her. My wife had not so good first time pregnancy, so in second time i was more worried and looking for doctor who justified the phrase doctors are equivalent to god.

And my wife is delighted after meeting her and she knows our babys in safe hand.

Now planning to take the package as doctors presence delight me and my wife .And it gives a great confidence.

I am updating the review due to the kind of love she has provided during pregnancy. During 2nd trimester my wife diagnosed with dengu. And i had no other option to rush dr Poornima to save baby and mother. And after seeing my wife's condition she had taken full responsibility. And adviced hospital staff for full attention. And she used to visit twice to see the improvement with the treatment. And i came to know that my baby is in safe hand.

And during third trimester ,my wife diagnosed with diabetes. Firstly she convinced my wife that nothing can harm you. And she started giving full attention to my wife in every visit. And slowly with proper examination we progressed to the 9th month of pregnancy . As we were having bad past with normal delivery .We asked doctor for c section. Then she explained us the pros and cons of normal delivery and c section. She clearly told us as normal delivery has various advantage ,i cant ignore it. But she had given us faith that ,in any emergency we will plan for c section. So on the delivery day, due to water leakage we got admitted early .As it was indication of normal delivery pain ,we got admitted early.And we waited for 4 hours for pain to increase as water loss was more and chances of something serious damage was there. As confirmed earlier by the doctor , she would act according to patient conditon. And she decided for c section. And she has already arranged all experts from hospital as precautions due to past history. And the operation was successful .And she came back with smiley face to inform us the successful delivery of baby.

And i am writing all this to show my gratitude for her. She cared us like her own child from the beginning till end.

As I have been visiting Phani Mam for quite a long time so the feedback would be a little long so kindly bear with me for that. We started visiting Phani Mam somewhere in June 2018 and since then have been in guidance and medication from her. We as a couple had fertility issues and Phani Mam did the medication for both of us. We had been trying for a baby since last 5 years but with no luck. When we met Phani Mam for the first time she explained us the issues and suggested us that we try naturally and see if the results are coming or not . We tried naturally but with no luck . Then she suggested us to try a cycle of IUI and we did try 3 cycles for the same but as my wife's follicles use to rupture before the scheduled date so the IUI cycles were of no use. Lastly we decided to go with IVF cycle and luckily we got good no of embroys out of that. The first implanation was not a success and all of the first set of embroys were flushed out of the system. we were shattered but Phani Mam gave us confidence that we should try one more cycle of implanation and we did try another cycle and to our surprise this time the embroys actually got implanted. The day the embroys got implanted to the day we saw our twins in our hands she constantly guided us and helped us be it on WhatsApp call appointment etc. Also my wife started bleeding in the 6th Month but Phani Mam stood diligently and handled the situation and we were able to save both children. She is very confident and clear in her diagnosis and treatment and will never suggest any unwanted medicienes and procedures. I would surely recommend her for any couple who is looking forward for a natural/ ART pregnancy. It was an amazing experience at apollo cradle, from the day 1 of consultation till the last day of discharge post delivery everything went on so smooth.. Dr. phani Madhuri is such a sweetheart, we never felt any kind of hesitation with her. Every consultation was superb, i just felt like she knws me better than i knw myself, her smile and the way she explained things, n made us feel so worry less that, its not possible to explain in words.. she s an angle.. anyone ask me for a gynic, i would just say its Dr.Phani madhuri.. since my delivery is done i so much feel tat i am gona miss seeing her, n anyway i am not gona change my gynic its gona be her always..i cannot stop writing about her,just LOVE HER.. Anesthetist Dr. Suresh he made me feel so comfortable that i was so calm during the surgery. He s the best. Everyone in OT wer so helpful and calm. They were guiding me well, soft spoken, and coming to nurses, everyone of them are amazing, i am bad at remembering names, but each of them.. from OPD and the ward nurses and the OT nurses, post op nurses.. everybody wer amazing . Very helpful. And every doctors who came on rounds, duty doctors, dietitian, physiotherapist,. Pediatrician, everyone wer so helpful . No matter how many times i asked them the same questions. They wer so happy to help me.. and house keeping they are so humble. They never made a soar face to anything. So helpful they were. And insurance part, they are super fast and very helpful, Admin guys wer superb, they made sure everything is fine. Cafeteria was good food at right time.. over all my experience was totally amazing, i have no regrates for choosing Apollo Cradle. The best place. Blessed with a baby girl. There are so many things to write but i may bore ppl who will read it. One should experience it only then they will know about it . Hats off to the staffs of cradle jaynagar. Its the first hospital wer i dint ask "wen are you going to discharge me" everyone responded so well. You ll are doing Great Job guys . Doctor Phani is a genius, dedicated, hardworking and reliable doctor. I visited Dr Phani in the month of April 2019 for fertility issue. I and my husband tried for baby for nearly six months. However, they were unsuccessful. Luckily we were introduced to doctor by a friend. I was diagnosed with PCOD. I was asked to do the important tests. I was given treatment accordingly. I got the HSG tube test done. It was done by Doctor Phani itself in MAK clinic. The fallopian tube was all clear. I followed all the advices and treatment given by doctor. Within three weeks I was pregnant. The joy of seeing the two pink lines cannot be described. Dr Phani herself does all the scans and check her patients closely. She has lots of patience and never gives false hopes. She is very fast and quick in her approach. During my 9 months she took utmost care of my pregnancy and my health. In the 7th month I started having high BP and had sugar from the third month. She found out at the right time and gave me proper medications. Both were under control. I was asked to do monthly tests to keep a check on my health. It is totally a misconception that one has to overeat during pregnancy. One has to control diet and eat healthy and not heavily. I hardly put on 4 kgs in my entire pregnancy. I was doing one hour walk after dinner. 20 mins walk in the house itself after each meal. I gave birth to a healthy baby on 26th December. It is an undescribable moment to hear the first cry of the baby. Also I had to undergo C section as I had lost all my fluid. My body was fully prepared for a normal delivery, however, it would have brought other complications. Everything went off smoothly and of course CS is not a taboo as before. It is done smoothly with utmost care and the cut the stitch is hardly visible. I stayed in the hospital for 72 hours. A close check was being done on my BP and sugar. Baby was perfectly fine. Doctor Phani will always push you towards doing the right thing. She motivated me for breastfeeding. Thankfully it is going on smoothly. Dr Phani will never leave you alone in any van of circumstances. She is always with you. We and our family are so proud of doctor Phani. She is a real gem and dedicated doctor.
