I am writing this email with immense gratitude and deep respect for you.

In 2011, my father was diagnosed with a serious heart blockage, and we were advised that he required heart surgery along with valve replacement/installation. At that time, I was extremely worried and emotionally shattered. I still remember how frightened I was when I came to know about my father’s condition. I even cried, thinking about the risks involved and what might happen to him.

The operation was a very major and risky procedure, especially considering the circumstances at that time. However, you gave us confidence, guided us properly, and performed the surgery at Platinum Hospital, Mulund, with ***** expertise and care.

Today, after so many years, my father is still with us, healthy and enjoying his life with his family. For this, I will always remain deeply grateful to you. Whatever I say in words will never be enough to express my appreciation for what you have done for our family.

I would also like to sincerely appreciate your humble and compassionate nature. Throughout the entire process, you never spoke to us arrogantly or treated us differently. You patiently answered our concerns and gave us confidence during one of the most difficult periods of our lives.

We are also extremely thankful that you made such a critical treatment possible in a cost-effective manner. Your combination of medical expertise, humanity, humility, and dedication is truly admirable.

Doctor Sir, you did not simply perform an operation—you gave our family many more years with our father. Every year that we spend together is a reminder of your skill and dedication.

It has been almost 15 years since the surgery, and I felt it was important to finally express my heartfelt gratitude to you. I pray that you continue to bless countless families with your ********** skill, and compassionate care.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for saving my father’s life and giving our family the priceless gift of having him with us today.

We we were very glad that when me meet to Dr Bijoy kutty we to have lots of worries about my mom before surgery they had done their job beyond the expectation . A vote of Thanks not to Dr Kutty but for the whole Team whoever is present at the moment.

Extremely rude, cannot believe how someone can be so rude.

He needs to learn basic etiquette first.

I do not recommend Dr. Mihirgiri I Goswami as the doctor never visits the hospital, and the information seems outdated.

I did not get to meet Dr. Karthik Subramanian despite booking an appointment in advance and ended up waiting for over 5 hours. The staff acknowledged me but the doctor was busy and I was never seen.

The doctor explained everything clearly *** * *** * ***** *********** I would definitely recommend this doctor and rate the service five stars.

I had a good experience with Dr. Vinay Borwal. He explained things clearly. The clinic staff behavior and waiting time were satisfactory. I would recommend the doctor.

I do not recommend Dr. Mihirgiri I Goswami because the doctor was not available at the clinic.

The doctor explained everything clearly and I would recommend him. The staff was okay but there is room for improvement, especially with the clinic's ventilation which caused discomfort. Overall, I rate my experience four out of five.
