I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Avinash Nalluri at PRK Hospital. I visited him for a persistent cough that had lasted over 10 days. ******* ** ****** ***** ** ********* ******** ************ ** ********* ** ** ********* he *********** inserted a nasal endoscope******** *** *********** ** *******. It was ************* *** felt rushed.

He **** ******* ***** ******* ******* ***** *** claimed my nasal bone was bent, recommending a ₹3000 test ******* ********** *** ********* ** ******** *** *******. *** ****** *********** **** ************* *** *********** * **** *** ******** **** * *** ***** ******* ******* *** ***********

Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Nalluri. Patient trust begins with empathy and clear communication, and I didn’t find either during my visit.

Off Late, I had excruciating pain in my coccyx or natal cleft region, and Ajay doctor diagnosed it as pilonidal sinus. I was completely immobilized, disrupting the normal functioning of my life and bringing my life to a grounding halt. Initially, I had apprehensions about the surgery but my family doctor Prabhakar Rao in Prk hospital has dispelled all the misconceptions about the surgery and helped me muster the courage to go through the surgery. After the surgery, my pain subsided allowing me to sit upright, walk normally, and able to sleep tight thanks to Ajay doctor. I also want to thank Gopal garu who comes to my home for dressing my pilonidal surgery wound to heal with reduced severity of the associated pain. Gopal garu handled my dressing of the wound dexterously without inducing any pain in a hassle-free process. But after the surgery, I developed excruciating post-dural puncture headaches which make me feel nauseated and fatigued always making me feel like puking. So how long will my bouts of the headache last and when will I get respite from my agonizing headache? I have one question lingering in my mind: why did the pilonidal sinus sprout in just a span of one week of my moderately intense jogging which I was recommended to do as I was considered obese? Will this pilonidal sinus disease recur periodically if I start moderately intense jogging again? Why am I more susceptible to this disease and what are the precautionary measures I need to take to preclude the recurrence of the pilonidal disease?

Really nice doctor and explained the issue in very friendly manner being busy with many other patients .went in emergency at midnight with complaints of fever with chills.satisfied with his treatment and would like to recommend to my friends and family

I visited doctor Ajay kumar for hamerroid confirmation and checkup. Doctor quickly confirmed that they are in stage 3 or stage 4 which means surgical intervention is the best choice. I got admitted to PRK hospital and underwent the surgery for their removal. Ajay kumar's patient centric focus helped me sail through the ordeal of surgery.
