I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Koushik Amancharla, Urologist at Medicover Hospital, Financial District.

My father was diagnosed with large kidney stones (around 35 mm in both kidneys) and was experiencing severe pain. We consulted multiple hospitals before, but the experience was overwhelming—they suggested different procedures and multiple visits, which left us confused and worried.

Meeting Dr. Koushik Amancharla was a turning point for us. He was extremely friendly, patient, and reassuring. He explained the entire procedure clearly and gave us confidence to move forward without fear.

The surgery was completed successfully in a single day, even though it took around 3 hours. Today, my father is recovering well, able to move freely, and most importantly, is pain-free. Although stents were placed in both kidneys, he has not faced any complications so far.

We are truly thankful to Dr. Koushik for his expertise, care, and support throughout this journey. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate urologist.

My aunt was suffering from a renal tumor with advanced stage. It was diagnosed as kidney cancer with thrombosis of renal vein stage t3a. She is a diabetic for long time and has creatinine of 1.8. she also has a stone in other side kidney. We had consulted many urologists who could operate both sides in single sitting so it could save our cost expenses and also the trauma to patient. Dr Koushik agreed to take the challenge and conduct surgery on both sides and stone * was removed and the other cancer kidney was removed.

Needed a surgeon who could operate in my kidney cancer. I was in search of a urooncologist and one of my friend referred me to Dr Koushik from Vijayawada.

A robotic partial nephrectomy surgery was performed. Part of the kidney had been removed. The good part of kidney has been preserved and the bad part removed. The entire process from op consultation to the admission to the surgery was seamless. The robotics was the biggest gane Changer in my life. Procedure was painless and I was made to walk same evening. Pain was my biggest fear and now I live with confidence. Back to office in 5 days. I don't even feel like a cancer survivor. All thanks to Dr Koushik for spending time and explaining to us about the disease and follow up after surgery
