Hoped for better: Wait time
We were given appointment @ 11 am. We waited for 40 minutes and we were told that it will take some time for the doctor to come. We do understand the doctors busy schedules but correct information should be given at hospital reception. Initially we were asked to wait for 10 minutes but that 10 minutes didn't come
So we returned without consultation.
