Hoped for better: Explanation of the health issue

Hospital was closed even after giving confirmed appointment. Beeing a senior citizen, it was horrible visiting hospital in Corona time. Practo is giving appointment without knowing whether hospital is attending patients or not. Very unprofessional treatment. Totally disappointed.
