After watching many reviews about rainbow hospital and the list of doctors, i was confused to book appointment for whom i have to choose as there was reviews about the hospital but not about the doctors. But i selected Dr. Shobha garu for her smiling appearance and felt she could touch the motherliness care for her patients and i visited the doctor on saturday i.e; 03/10/2020, like wise she was very pleasing, smiling, friendly and listening all the problems, not only problems and health issues, she explains clearly even very minor doubts also. she erases our worries with her smile, hospitality and technical evaluation. i strongly and personally recommend Dr. Shobha garu.

We consulted Dr. Pallavi Challasani and were fortunate to achieve pregnancy successfully under her treatment. On our very first visit, she conducted a complete check-up and diagnosed PCOS. She prescribed medicines followed by a few injections, which worked effectively, and within just a month we were blessed with pregnancy.

Recently, we had our NT scan done, and everything turned out perfectly. We are truly happy and grateful for her guidance and support throughout this journey.

The clinic staff are also supportive — they alert us prior to every appointment and even inform us if there is any delay beyond 30 minutes. I really appreciate this because, unlike many hospitals where patients are kept waiting for hours without clarity, here the communication is transparent and helps us plan our time better.

I have been visiting this doctor for 6 months in HyderNagar Rainbow branch. She never spoke to me for more than 5 mins. I thought it is normal, however i realised what i was missing after visiting another doctor in Kondapur branch..

Swapna doesn't have patience in hearing to patients and sometimes extremely rude in responding back to patients.

Experienced bad service. Neglect or delay in the procedure has costed a life. I would never visit this hospital again nor i advise anyone to visit.

We have been visiting Dr.Uma Jyothi for our first pregnancy. Getting consultation from her is a blessing for any couple. She was very friendly, helpful and very clear in explaining all health parameters. She ensured a very smooth pregnancy.

Pregnancy is not only a family issue but equally a social issue. We do talk to several colleagues and neighbors for advice and reviews. I am glad I have taken time to reflect the echo of at least 40-50 couples in my network.

If I have to judge a doctor, I use below three parameters:

(1) Skills: Her appointments are always full and that is the biggest testimony of her professional skills. But then, there are several equally skilled doctors in the town. What makes Dr Swapna different from others are (2) and (3).

(2) Time: When we consulted Dr Swapna 5 years back, she was relatively new, but by now she is a well-known gynecologist. It's heartening to see even after success, she hasn't changed as a doctor and still cares for her patients.

She not only gives enough time and confidence to her patients but also respects patients' time. In last 5 years, we never had to wait for her unreasonably (we completely understand, at times emergencies do come in Gynecology). We definitely cannot say the same thing about other doctors in Rainbow/outside.

(3) Trust: My wife has had two deliveries under her supervision- both normal. In the era where delivery complications (rather pseudo complications) are so common and frequent, Dr Swapna is guiding for normal deliveries. This requires less of luck (baby's position, BP, stool etc) but more of a gynecologist with high ethics and moral values. Dr Swapna coming to the hospital at 4 in the morning - that too for a delivery without any complication was definitely a soothing factor for us. I always knew my wife is in safe, able and trustworthy hands of Dr Swapna, and that made me far from being tense in the labor room. No unnecessary tests/medicines/scans - in fact we never felt the need to cross check any of her diagnoses/treatments (even if my wife had had c-section, i am sure it would have been strictly for the benefit of mother and child, nothing else), that is the level of trust we have in Dr Swapna in last few years.

A rating of 99.99/100 is a huge injustice to Dr. Swapna. It must be 100/100.

I visited dr.shoba at rainbow hospital because of multiple miscarriages ,as per recommendation of my diabetologist.she immediately identified the cause and gave me appropriate treatment.she is a good listener and gave me appropriate recommendations,attended emergency calls.she always kept in mind my emotional and mental health as well and gave positive strength to my family .within 2years I concieved and delivered a baby girl.
