Visited Dr. Mudit Khanna (Orthopedic surgeon)
Happy with: Doctor friendlinessExplanation of the health issueTreatment satisfactionValue for moneyWait time
After 17 hours of flying to India I can say without hesitation that choosing Wockhardt Hospitals for my ACL reconstruction surgery was the best decision I could have made. From the moment I arrived everything was clear and efficient. Dr. Mudit Khanna and his assistant Dr. Ramis immediately put me at ease. Dr. Khanna is a remarkable surgeon a man of precision and rigor truly passionate about his work. Despite a very busy schedule he always takes the time to listen to his patients and give them his personal attention. His professionalism and humanity gave me gre** **ace of mind. As for Dr. Ramis he is extremely competent - at first I even thought he was the chief surgeon because of how confident and effective he was. Beyond the medical care it was above all the people who made my stay memorable. Neha together with Yash and Gauri formed a small team that was always there for me. Neha as Patient Experience Executive visited me every day attentive to making sure I lacked nothing. With Yash and Gauri by her side I truly felt supported and their presence helped me a lot not to feel alone. Mrs. Vaishnavi my physiotherapist played a key role in my recovery. Always professional and encouraging she pushed me to keep going despite the pain of the exercises. It is clear that she takes her work to heart and really commits herself to her patients progress and that helped me stay on track. I also want to thank Dr. Ashu whom I called on a lot. She closely followed my nighttime complications especially when I felt on the verge of fainting. She genuinely cared about my condition and always took the time to check on me. Her availability and seriousness inspired a lot of confidence. I cannot forget the nurses - the sisters. Even if I do not remember all the names I especially thank Jinu Siji Priya Priti Sherin Reshma Kesiya Meera Ayona Rejimol Shreya Amrutha and Jiya. All of them were outstanding professional attentive and always ready to step in. Sometimes I would call at 3 or 4 in the morning and within ten seconds they were already there. That kind of responsiveness really stood out to me and made me feel completely safe. Finally a word for the teams in charge of food and cleanliness their work may be discreet but it is essential and contributes greatly to patient comfort. Coming alone to India for a surgery of this level was not easy. But thanks to the entire team at Wockhardt Hospitals I went through this challenge with confidence. The hospital is modern and perfectly organized but its true strength lies in the people who work there with dedication passion and professionalism. Thank you all.
Visited Dr. Gandhali Deorukhkar (Gynecologist)
We consulted Dr. Gandhali for my second pregnancy, and very soon she became not just my doctor but also a friend, philosopher, and guide throughout the journey. When I was searching for a gynaecologist, my foremost requirement was someone who would listen patiently to all my concerns and be accessible in case of emergencies. Dr. Gandhali gave me ample time during every visit to discuss my progress and always reassured me that I could reach out to her anytime if needed.
Her medical advice was always sound, but what set her apart was the way she explained everything in simple, layman’s terms to both my husband and me, ensuring we felt informed and at ease. She created an environment of comfort and trust that made the entire pregnancy journey much smoother.
Dr. Gandhali also ensured that the delivery process—from hospital admission to the delivery, recovery, and eventual discharge—was handled seamlessly at Wockhardt.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Gandhali to anyone looking for a thorough professional who combines expertise with genuine compassion and a heart of gold.
Visited Dr. Prashant Makhija (Neurologist)
My mother had met the doctor and it was for health problems. ********* *** **** ** *** ******. I can recommend doctor to my family or friends. Medicine was prescribed by the doctor to her. My mother had a neurology-related issue and she was a paralysis patient. There was no waiting time in the hospital when we went. Her health is better than before. Doctor was listening to problem. Exercise and physiotherapy was suggested by doctor. Hospitality was good. I am satisfied with the explanation and treatment are given.
Visited Dr. Mudit Khanna (Orthopedic surgeon) For Knee Replacement
Happy with: Doctor friendlinessExplanation of the health issueTreatment satisfactionValue for money
Extremely satisfied with surgery and post-operative care. My mother's anxiety levels were through the roof pre-surgery period. Having been through multiple hospitals and doctors, it was bound to happen too. But Dr.Khanna was reassuring, experienced and explained in detail beforehand what the expect, so we weren't feeling blindsided or shortchanged as far as information was concerned. The surgery went off well and it was the right decision to go ahead with the surgery at Wockhardt with Dr. Mudit Khanna. Highly recommend for all patients considering knee replacement surgeries.
