At the first consultation I had clearly asked if they have treated anyone with the similar problem and how much time will it take. I was told my problem will be cured in 2-3 months but for long term effect of the treatment so that the problem doesn't come back, i should go with 8 months package and pay 12k which i did. Even after 6 months there was NO improvement ** *** **** ** *** ******** *** ********* ******* Had taken all medicines on time and never missed any dose. Earlier they would follow up every month but after 6 months they stopped following up as well. ******* ***** **** **** **** ************ ** ** ** ** **** *** ****** ** ******** ***** **

It was Dr Chaitali's weekly off. You still gave me an appointment with her and the Lifeforce Clinic wasn't informed that the appointment was sought for Dr Chaitali. They gave me appointment with the other doctor in the clinic. It wasn't the clinic's fault because they weren't informed that the appointment was for Dr Chaitali. So I travelled 30 mins in the afternoon sun, only to leave immediately from there and travel another 30 mins in the sun. Thats 1 hour of my life gone in pointless travel, because Practo lacks basic communication etiquette.

I had a great experience at Life Force. The doctors and the support staff were very helpful and cooperative. Rare to find such a medical center. Dr Shah is a global name in homeopathy and his persona is immense. Authoritative yet simple. A strong recommendation.
