Visited Dr. Jalpa Bhuta (Psychiatrist)
I have been consulting Dr. Jalpa Bhuta for more than 2 years for anxiety and depression. I was prescribed medication and was in touch for regular follow ups. With COVID, the consultation moved to whatsapp and I used to fix calls now and then to discuss the medication. My goal was to, as can be imagined, taper down and be free of the medication as soon as advisable.
I was also in touch with a therapist who was recommended by Dr. Jalpa Bhuta and I was very happy with her. So I told the therapist that I would write an online testimonial for her.
I recently moved to the Netherlands, and I informed Dr. Jalpa Bhuta about it. She sent me a voice message with good wishes and that "it would be great to get that testimonial". I felt uncomfortable to know that this private conversation I had with the therapist was shared with Dr. Jalpa Bhuta. Seeing that they had spoken among themselves and that it was assumed that the testimonial was for both, I did not reply to that voice message.
When it was time for my follow up, I messaged Dr. Jalpa Bhuta (18th of June) asking if we could connect. I did not get a response to this all month, despite her knowing that I am on medication prescribed by her and that I was due for an appointment. I checked again on 26th July, to which I got a curt response saying 5.30 pm on the next day. All this time, I am on medication which has an impact on my health and I'm continuing a dose 2 months beyond the follow up time. At the allotted time, I sent a message asking if I could call and got no response. I called her after 10 minutes and she said that "the sofawallah came late" and that she had to attend to him and hung up without any discussion on when we could reschedule to. And that was it - no apology or explanation. I wasn't informed of this earlier or even at the time of the appointment.
For the next appointment, I again moved all my work aside and was ready. On checking she messaged saying that she will confirm only after I pay the consulting fee in advance. This was strange as I've been paying regularly all these years and never prior. I asked to clarify the amount. She replied saying that 'international patients' are charged 2.5 times the consultation. This was quite surprising as I was using WhatsApp, still Indian and just located elsewhere. And the calls are just a few minutes. I didn't see the difference in the service provided. But she said I could pay the initial (Indian) amount and I did so.
We went ahead with the call and when I asked about the fee, she got very defensive and hung up on me saying "she didn't have to answer the question". We hadn't even finished the consultation. I just got a prescription on whatsapp for the medication, written on the Global Hospitals letterhead.
I called her back asking what was wrong and why she has been behaving like this, to which she said that she doesn't consult anyone who is out of India as it is not l, and she was making an exception for me. I was not informed of this, which puts me at risk as I am in a new country. Also she knew I was moving while I was in India and she did not give me a handover or inform me that she cannot consult me anymore. And then she said that me asking her about her fee was disrespectful to her profession. The conversation was heated and this constant hanging up is not at all respectful to me as a person. At the end of it all she then said that she was upset with me not replying to her message asking for a testimonial.
In conclusion:
- A Psychiatrist cannot take a medication course so lightly.
- Very rude, disrespectful tone and demeanour
- ******* ** ** **** ** ********** ** *** ********* I am the one being treated and I had to try to calm down the conversation
- No way forward or professional hand over given. I have to start from scratch with a doctor here.
- Sending me a prescription on the letterhead of a hospital which is based in Mumbai.
Not recommended at all.

So my problem started 1 year back... i had burning enough to not let me sleep... and frequency..
It was diagnosed as a urinary infection and my saga of anitibiotics started.
the problem did not disapear and with every week passing my anxiety increased.. In the process i changed multiple doctors as i did not get correct diagnosis or treatment..I was told that its in my mind or i am not particular with my hygiene but believe my after 6 months of NONSTOP burning i was trying it all..
i was asking doctors do i have bladder pain syndrome and they all refused..
Finally one doctor suggested a cystoscopy and diagnosed me with bladder pain syndrome. However the treatment was soo superficial.. I was adviced cystopen and to eat less spicy and less oily.. The joke is that i never ate spicy or oily. After this I got a bad flare in 1 month and i could not get thru the doctor for 3 days..after 3 days when i met him he said u have to live with this... from a group in india i got dr aparna hegdes number..
the first time i went to meet her i was very anxious cause she was my last ray of hope to get my original life back.. She saw me and understood what i was undergoing. She patiently explained me the whole problem and the treatment.. her approach was to treat my whole body and repair it from the roots..
She was the only doctor amongst the NINE doctors i met who agreed there is an actual problem.. i was adviced
bladder instillations
a strict diet
physiotherapy(biofeedback by maple only done by her)
6 months down the treatment i can say i have got a new way of life which is healthier and not unpredictable healthwise..
SHe is there to guide to me 24 by 7..
She was firm with me and at times i was fedup but believe me it was for my good at the end of the day..
I was scared to go to work also but after her treatment i did a 15 day travel and i was very comfortable..
Any bladder issue I highly recommend DR APARNA HEGDE who really gave me a new life a healthier life.

Visited the Hospital to consult regarding alternate options for Cholecystectomy, Dr. Maydeo saw the patient for hardly 5 mins and suggested colonoscopy and ultrasonography. In radiology section Dr. Gaithunde suggested CT Scan. Sonography report show grain sized calculi in Gall bladder whereas CT Scan shows no calculi in the Gall Bladder but a 5mm calculus near Kidney. Now we are asked to consult a Urologist Dr. Pradeep Rao for Kidney stone, who doesnt even see the patient (he was busy using his phone in front of us), let alone talk about the issue. His sub ordinates ask us to get RIRS done for a 5 mm stone along with the planned Cholecystectomy.

I suffered from sensory neural hearing loss and developed a disability in listening and understanding verbal communication. I was referred to Dr. Piyush Gujrati who analyzed my issue in depth and patiently and reassuringly conducted the audio gram and recommended the right hearing aids for my problem.
Getting acclimatized to hearing aids was not easy but Dr. Piyush Gujrati spent a lot of time configuring and reconfiguring the optimum settings for the hearing aids and ultimately fine tuned the settings to a point where I could clearly hear and understand verbal communication perfectly. I am thankful for his unflinching commitment for customer satisfaction and truly acknowledge him as a competent affable doctor and a down to earth and an approachable human being.

I remember my days and months of Anxiety attacks and I still can’t believe anyone could go through such a situation. I didn’t have any confidence in what could be the appropriate treatment. A Dr. from Global hospital recommended Dr. Santosh Bangar and ever since his treatment I am doing a lot better . Its not only about the treatment but the confidence he has given me that it’s treatable and this is completely normal is what is the need of the hour . He is very friendly and genuinely interested in the well-being of the patient.

Visited Dr. Chandrashekhar Kulkarni (Cardiac Surgeon)
Note:Â This doctor is no longer practicing at Gleneagles Hospitals
Dr. Chandrashekhar Kulkarni and his expertise was a saving grace for our Mother who suffered a sudden major heart attack and was detected with a 100% block in her Left Coronary Artery. While we were confused with conflicting opinions from various cardiologist doctors between stenting, open heart surgery and minimal invasive bypass. Upon advise of 3 doctors (including Dr. Chandrashekhar) we decided to go with a Minimal Invasive Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (MICAB) which we believe Dr. Chandrashekhar is among the very few specialists who can do it in Mumbai. It is just 2 weeks since the surgery at the time of writing this review and our Mother is recovering very quickly. Throughout the process from initial contact, through the surgery and post the surgery, Dr. Chandrashekhar has always given positive vibes and explained things very well in lay man terms for us to understand. Our mother and we were very comfortable throughout the journey. We thank God for doctors like Dr. Chandrashekhar and pray for God's blessings on his vocation. What we learnt in the processs is that not many cardiologists will suggest a minimal invasive bypass (I think because it is newer compared to traditional open heart surgery and stenting), so it will be good to get in touch with Dr. Chandrashekhar to know if that is a good option for your particular case. And we surely recommend anyone advised for a minimal invasive bypass surgery to trust Dr. Chandrashekhar Kulkarni with it

which we believe Dr. Chandrashekhar is among the very few specialists *** ** ****** ** ******* Throughout the process from initial contact, through the surgery and post-surgery,
Dr. Chandrashekhar was very positive and caring. He explained all processes in very simple language.

Dr. Chandrashekar has been guiding and counseling us in an extremely professional manner being humble, insightful, and precise in every conversation and decision.
The approach that he has towards his patients is extremely pleasant, unstressfull and relaxing.
Even after being busy, he made sure he explained all the minute details of this complicated surgery to me so that I feel comfortable.
He has given a lot of confidence to my mother which helped her a lot to recover post-surgery.
We surely recommend Dr. Chandrashekhar Kulkarni for a minimally invasive bypass surgery considering his vast and rich experience in his field of Cardiology with his humble,
