Dr. Poonam has always been a blessing for me. I had severe UTI problem. It was around 11p.m. at night. I didn't knew where n whom to contact. Dr. Poonam, who was on leave, replied me n gave me the medicines. After an hour, when the pain didn't subside, she called n explained me in details what needs to be done n which hospital to go. She had exams the next day morning, for which she was on leave, but still she directed the hospital nurse for next 1-2hrs what was needed to be done. She is among those doctors, who go out of way to comfort their patients. I am glad that I got to know her and I would recommend everyone Dr Poonam. Without a second thought, you can always rely on her. Thank you doctor.

Right from my pregnancy to weeks after delivery, she was always available and has taken care like family! When a complication occured during pregnancy she rushed with us to hospital at night and handled the situation very tactfully. After delivery she herself came to help me walk and start a routine. After discharge from hospital too she would call now and then to ask how I was recovering, a very rare thing for a doctor to do these days. I am extremely grateful to her for all the care and highly recommend her.

We really appreciated and liked the Dr Hemal Bhagat approach. He is straight forward, was a very good guide as he educated us about the surgery in advance . Also lend a caring shoulder to us in our time of pain by listening to us. Assuring us that all will be well. My father (65 years) was having back problem due to which he could not walk and was facing lot of pain and weakness in the leg and was diagnosed with slipped disc. He was suggested spine surgery.
