Hi folks,

It’s my privilege to write a review or a testimony for Dr. Himani Mittle. for the benefits I have seen following the recommendations and weekly diet plan provided as part of weight reduction but more towards regaining the perfect body shape and size with natural healthy ingredients.

The program is awesome and contains a weekly different diet plan with very subtle differences in the composition and the way the ingredients are being used and employed to achieve different specific health goals as a part of the bigger goal of achieving the teen age look and feel of the body.

The program is so unbelievable as the changes in the body fat content and pockets of stubborn fat in hips, obliques, stomach, shoulders, neck areas, color bone areas etc were all melted gradually and distribution of fat very even across the body leading to the permanent changes for good.

The body contours and the body definition is kind of redrawn like the way it is formed originally in the formative years when a female is at a tender age of teens, which is life changing experience for me to be totally honest with you all.

Don’t mistake me that I am a novice to this field and hence I’m overawed and I’m writing a testimony with minimum knowledge. Trust me I have tried everything out there, you name it I have tried it which is so diverse in everything I tried which is external and also medical interventions with the constant backdrop of gym, palates, kick boxing , yoga and lots of physical activity. However what I have achieved with this program based on the doctors knowledge and very creative diet plan was never achieved anything close to this in my life with decade of experimentation on myself.

This is a permanent change I have observed in my physique which is long lasting as the reduction happened so gradually with proper modifications to the body over a period of 2-3 months that it is not reversing and not seeing any fat accumulation.

She is also very receptive and good listener to understand the needs of the customer and she puts her heart into what she is doing.

Believe me or not, after going through the program over two months or so everyone who sees me now compliments me the way I look and some of my friends and family members are in awe of my will power to get in shape and lead a healthy life but more importantly this program and the doctor gave me the model look and also helped in achieving my long term unfulfilled dream body and physique I sought after in dreams, which became a reality now in my life.

I hope people reading my testimony also feel it for themselves and experience the amazing benefits it can give and also make the dreams come true.

Best part is everything is plant based and natural ingredients which are very commonly available so best of best experience I had with this doctor and program. I just love it.

**** ************ * **** *** ** ** ***** Dr. Shilpa Bansal is very polite, soft spoken doctor. My experience with many doctor was not that good. From last 4 years me and my husband is trying for a baby but I was not able to conceive. We was very upset many time I used to cry.

We met Dr. Shilpa Bansal firstly she listen to us then she explains. She is never in a hurry she give all answer to our questions on that day only I feel that this doctor will help me for conceiving. I feel so relax after meeting her.

Himani will listen to your entire schedule / eating habits and make a plan accordingly. I have lost 4.5 kgs in a month and only by diet given by her. I have a busy schedule so I could not work out but Himani had informed that 80% is the diet that cause weight loss. I was very satisfied with the diet , as it did not keep me hungry throughout the day or no crash dieting. I would recommend you to visit her personally . She provides alot of confidence and encouragement for weight loss and is a very chirpy person in general :)

Writing this review for Dr. Shilpa after 2 years. Me and my wife had visited Dr. Shilpa before her pregnancy. We followed her treatment dedicatedly and my wife conceived a beautiful baby girl. Complete treatment along with delivery was done by Dr. Shilpa. She was so caring and advised always the best medicine and treatment for her. My family members also liked her approach towards her patients. For all treatments now my wife only visits Dr. Shilpa. I recommend Dr. Shilpa to all ladies as she is a very caring and understanding doctor. We thank Dr. Shilpa for all her support through these years.
