My daughter was diagnosed with "Bipolar Disorder", 3 years back. During the period of her adolescence, the mental health condition of my daughter worsened, and my family had lost hope in my daughter's future life. Initially, we consulted some counsellors, but we realised that we wasted the time. We approached Dr. D'Sa-Karkhanis and started medical treatment of my daughter.The doctor is nice, gives sufficient time to listen to the symptoms of patients, treats patients carefully, and in a friendly manner. With the right medication, and under the proper guideance of Dr. Purnima D'Sa-Karkhanis, my daughter's health tremendously improved. I am very much thankful to the madam. Dr Nikhil Iyer n Dr Anirudh, his assistant were very friendly n helpful. They immediately attended and reviewed my shoulder Fracture injury due to an accident. And advised me on next course of action and scheduled a surgery on following day, Entire course was very well explained n Dr Iyer reviewed on a daily basis till the day i was discharged.

For the treatment of my sister, we visited Dr. Purnima. My sister was experiencing severe depression, lack of interest, and suicidal thoughts. We were highly satisfied with the way Dr. Purnima assessed the situation and explained it to us.

Since we first visited Dr. Purnima 8 to 9 months ago, I've noticed a significant change in my sister's behaviour. She has overcome her depression, is engaging in a variety of activities, and has no suicidal thoughts at all.

par excellence.She has the greatest and remarkable quality to give much needed time to a patient.She listens patiently and carefully for 30-40 minutes and then gives

suggestions and practical advices.

Moreover once my prescribed medicine Zypsidon 40 mg was banned and went out of manufacture.She screatly thought over what what medicine to give me in its place.Then she prescribed a new medicine that suited me very well.

I visited the doctor Roy Patankar for a stomach issue on Thursday. After checking, the doctor recommended blood and stool tests and asked for a follow-up check after 3 days. I had a follow-up appointment for Monday afternoon. Just due to a delay in my test report, I called to reschedule the appointment and to my surprise, the receptionist told me the next follow-up appointment is available in September. If there is any urgency then visit the assistant doctor. Dr Roy Patankar is available for new patients but for follow-up, patients should wait for months.

I suggest going to a doctor who can give time to patients rather than just focusing more on new patients.

Post covid my daughter suffered with lack of concentration in study, depressing thought and social anxiety. We were worried as she is in 10th class and it was affecting her study badly. Initially we consulted counsellor/ therapist but it only wasted 2 months later we approached Dr Purnima and explained the problem. She listened the problem very patiently and started treatment. Just because of doctor I am started a new job after a long depressive phase.

Doctor very lucidly explained the measures to be taken to overcome the issue and keep it under control .

I was in a very bad state of mind when I decided to meet Dr Purnima.

I was getting hopeless also.at times.

But after meeting her things changed dramatically.

She listed to my problems patiently , she even tried to understand my childhood and related things before suggesting a treatment.

I am really thankful to her for helping me get over the anxiety issue without medication.
