The consultation with the doctor was fine, but my overall experience was disappointing due to major issues with the booking and payment process. I ended up paying twice and waiting for a new slot, ***** *** ***********. I am unlikely to use the service again.

My experience with Dr. Nalini Kanth Mukkvalli was disappointing. The doctor did not explain the recommendations clearly. The clinic's handling of the eye dilation timing was confusing and inconvenient. I have a negative overall impression and gave a low rating.
