His team comprises of exceptional individuals, particularly Dr. Suhas Garu’s personal assistant, Mr. Joshua, who is on track to become a doctor (Ph.D.). He is remarkably attentive to patients, meticulously overseeing every detail, informing me of every step in a timely manner, and ensuring smooth operations, which made my experience much easier.

Now, regarding my surgery: I was partially awake due to sedation, drifting in and out of consciousness. Dr. Suhas Garu kept me informed throughout the procedure, explaining each step in detail, including approximate time frames for completion. He even went a step further, asking the nursing staff to move the monitor beside me briefly, allowing me to glimpse at what he was doing. In my humble opinion, it is rare to come across a surgeon who communicates the progress of the surgery to their patients, and I humbly bow down to him for doing so. While it's typically the physiotherapist's role to assist in post-surgery mobility, Dr. Suhas Garu personally took my hand and guided me through those crucial first steps—an experience I will cherish for the rest of my life.

I was facing severe pain with swollen glands on the left leg at top thigh portion for more than three days before visiting Dr. DattaRam on 23 May 2020.

23 May 2020 - On the 1st visit, doctor has checked my condition and he has written to get an Ultra-Sound scan (paid Rs.1440) to identify the issue and the problem I was facing is called as "Swollen Lymph Nodes in Groin" in medical terminology. After looking at the scan report, doctor mentioned nothing to worry, such issues will be mostly gone by using antibiotics for about 7-10 days and has prescribed medicines to use and get back for another visit after 4 days.

26 May 2020 - By the 2nd visit, I still have the pain. Hence, doctor advised to get a CBP (complete blood picture - paid Rs.330) along with another Ultra-Sound scan (free of cost) through another radiologist. There were no scan reports given this time as both doctors have spoken with each other over phone and in-person. Later Dr. DattaRam has mentioned there is some puss way deep inside and suggested to get it removed by a small surgical cut through a surgery. As I was not mentally prepared, I asked him 2 days’ time, so he asked me to continue the medicines.

28 May 2020 - By the 3rd visit, I was feeling better than the initial visit and the swollen/reddishness has gone down a bit as well. When I asked the lobby staff for the doctor visit, they asked me to pay the OP which was a bit surprise as the first time paid consultation amount of Rs.850 is valid till 1 June 2020 which clearly shows on the receipt. After mentioning that to the staff, I visited Dr. DattaRam and this time I have noticed doctor being a bit unfriendliness which was not there in the previous 2 visits which bothered me, but I remained silent. On further checking the issue, we started discussing about the what/when/how of the Surgery and when asked about how much it costs, doctor has given a rough range of twenty to twenty five thousand rupees Rs.20,000-Rs.25,000 and spoke with their hospital team who handles the cases with insurance policy and asked us to meet the staff in the ground floor. Upon visiting them, they asked how much my insurance amount limit is along with insurance provider details. After giving those details, they quoted me an approximate amount of Rs.60,000, sixty thousand rupees and it was a totally stunned moment for me. They further said, I need to bear additional amount for the surgical material used in the operation theatre, dressing for a week, medicines etc.

Dr. Dattaram has performed hemorrhoids surgery for my husband. He has been the best possible surgeon for us. Apart from having vast knowledge in his field, he is also having an open ear. He is patient enough to listen to patient's problems in depth. He would never interrupt or show hurry. He makes you very comfortable. He he very friendly with his patients. He doesn't suggest unnecessary medications or treatments. His approach is always towards patients good only.

Before the surgery, he met us several times. Explained us the problem that we were having. Also with that, he proposed us best solution. He never forced any procedure but let us decide. He is having magical hands which was evident in the way he performed this surgery. Post surgery he took nice care of us. Post surgery there was no complications at all and recovery time was much faster than expected. We never felt any fear of treatment just because of Dr. Dattaram treating us like his own family and friends.

If one can have full faith on his/her doctor, treatment becomes very smooth and result is also positive. We would definitely recommend Dr. Dattaram to all those who are having any Gastric related problems.

We consulted Dr. Dattaram for my mother (70 yrs) with a complaint of severe abdominal pain. After reviewing the initial test results, we learned that my mother was suffering from a Gall Bladder issue. I really wanted to thank Mr Datta Rama Sir..We recently visited Sunshine Gachibowli branch for my mother .she had pain in stomach and after going through all checkups, Gallbladder stone problem was detected .So After checking all the reviews online, we decided to go for Sunshine Dr datta ram sir.He is a very kind person who understand the situation and also explained the problem really well .Even for cashless insurance, where that insurance person should take care of everything, Sir was involved and suggested for the best option available.Even after gallbladder removal surgery, He personally followed up and when my mother had some small problems after surgery, so he guided over phone .This is not the only case and we have seen similar situation with other patients when we visited the hospital.He listens problem very carefully and helped in all possible way.Thankyou very much Sir.

In addition to this, hospital staff also very supportive and guided us wherever assistance was need it .thank you so much.

I am not sure why some people are complaining about wait time, it is not doctor's fault .Pactro guys should check with hospital staff before sending confirmation message.Even in first appointment I waited for 30mins but it was worth waiting for .I could see how doctor manages surgery and normal appointment and obviously if surgery is going beyond the time then then its not doctor's fault .I am really happy with hospital and all other staff.

Honestly, I never thought I would write a review until the recent experience I had a Sunshine Hospital, Gacchibowli. I now better understand the importance of voicing the opinions which could help in choosing the right doctor to consult. My dad was suffering with knee pains for nearly 9 years. I visited almost all the famous hospitals and got him treated with medications. Recently, I took my dad to Sunshine hospital expecting a similar treatment for knee pains. It was not my idea to get him operated for knee replacement until I met Dr. Suhas Masilamani who thoroughly examined my dad and discussed the necessity of Knee replacement. He is very patient to listen to our problems (spends nearly 30 mins - Incredible) and ensures they are addressed appropriately. He initiated the surgery process and within no time, my father got operated and is able to walk on his own. I would like to Thanks Dr. Suhas Masilamani for providing such a care to my father. Very much appreciated! I pray God to bless him and exalt him in all his work.

Had a acute/severe upper abdomen pain and consulted Dr. Datta Ram on phone and he had requested to take a Ultrasound test right away, which gave a clear indication that it is due to stones in Gallbladder. Dr. Datta Ram went thru the report and looking at the severity of the issue, he had instantly asked to prepare for a Laparoscopic procedure to remove the gallbladder as it was severely infected. All along he was very informative and had explained in layman terms and was very cooperative all along the admission into the Sunshine hospital and during the procedure and the post procedural checkups. I am very satisfied with his service and I am happy to recommend him to other friends of mine.

We had started consulting the doctor as a second opinion when my wife got admitted to citizen hospital for ERCP procedures and due the continuous guidance and the way doctor took update on the condition of my wife health status we decided to get the laparoscopic surgery for gall bladder removal we shifted the hospital to sunshine hospitals and got the surgery performed by doctor Datta sir.
