Our experience with AIG Hospitals was ********* disappointing *** *********** **** ***** ** ******* We had to wait for more than 26 HOURS just to get a consultation with the doctor, which is completely unacceptable *** * ******** ** **** ************

And after waiting for more than a day, the consultation itself lasted not even 2 minutes. The doctor barely listened, did not properly explain what had caused the problem, did not discuss the condition in any meaningful way, and gave absolutely no proper guidance regarding preventive measures or what should be done going forward.

The doctor ****** wrote a prescription and ******** said that it was a “minor issue” that could be solved with medicines. But **** ** *** ******** **** * the medicines prescribed cost more than ₹50,000. If you are going to prescribe medicines worth over ₹50,000, the least a patient deserves is a proper explanation of why they are needed, what the diagnosis actually is, how long they need to be taken, what the alternatives are, and what precautions should be followed.

After my father received a calcium score of approximately 400, Dr. Patil promptly recommended an angiography. This decision proved invaluable, as it helped identify two significant blockages in two coronary arteries. My father was then monitored in the ICU with utmost care and attention and was discharged the very next day after a smooth recovery.

Since my brother and I live in the United States, Dr. Patil took the time to personally walk us through the angiography findings over a video call. He patiently explained the condition, showed us the images, and even shared before-and-after results, which gave our family tremendous reassurance and confidence during a stressful time.

The team was extremely cooperative, responsive, and proactive throughout the entire process. They scheduled the second angioplasty within just two weeks, and that procedure was equally successful. The seamless coordination, attention to detail, and patient\-centered approach reflect outstanding leadership and clinical excellence.

My Dad was already an inpatient at AIG hospitals Gachibowli regarding lung issue. At the same time he happened to have trigeminal Neuralgia pain. The pain was soo much that we were afraid if it hinders the treatment of lungs. So we decided to take an appointment with a neurologist and that is how ended up with consulting Dr Venkata krishna Chaitanya Koduri.

So when we first met him, we were trying to explain issue and symptoms. God, he did not have patience. He was so rude, he does not even respect either patients age. We were showing him the PET Scan reports he pushed them aside. He wants us to take new tests, Brain MRI with Contrast and Neck MRI. We thought that Dr Chaitanya is going to diagnose from the beginning, so I had my dad go through all the tests the next day. We gathered the reports from these tests and met with Dr Venkata Krishna Chaitanya. God, he acted as if he was so busy, i doubt whether he even looked at these reports. All he said was to continue the same medicines.

So we were left at the same place where we started plus with all the additional bills for tests and consultation.
