Surakshaka Hospitals, a division of Surakshaka Diabetic Center Pvt Ltd is a 51 bedded Diabetes and Multispecialty hospital designed to give multidisciplinary approach to Diabetic patients all under one roof. We have specialists and super specialists on the panel to make every treatment possible. It is located at KPHB colony on the NH9, Hyderabad,surrounded by Asia’s largest colonies.Affordable, Easily approachable and accessible. We Offer both out-patient and In-Patient services .The out patient department houses a causality to take care of all kinds of medical and surgical emergencies round the clock. The consultants are available from 8AM onwards through the day until 9 PM. Appointment system is being followed. However we also take care of the walk in patients and emergency consultations..We have diagnostic laboratory which runs from 6.30AM onwards until 9PM. This include Biochemistry Haematology, Microbiology and serology. TMT(stress test), 2D Echo, Xray machine and Ultrasonography is also part of the laboratory. Quality with care and dedication and accuracy is the goal.

My 74 year old father and 65 year old mother who are diabetic and has fluctuating hypertension had to wait for almost 3hrs and the doctor still dint turn up at the clinic, so we decided not to wait and seen another responsible, caring doctor. it was the same experience with her like almost more than a year ago and we changed to a different doctor, after a thorough thought and this time due to emergency after reading reviews visited the clinic believing she must have changed, but that's not the case unfortunately. This time we made up mind to never visit her nor her clinic. This is my experience and no heart feelings.

Hoped for better: Wait time
It is minimum courtesy of a doctor to respect patient, if not atleast patient pain he has come to her with. I uploaded all my reports and waited for her for almost 5 hours and writing this review. Inspite of multiple follow up and request messages that I am feeling uncomfortable with my heart and chest pain she haven't responded back at all. It would have very fair if doctor responded with her situation and told me her time to get back to me.
