Over all the service was really good. I have already recommended my friends for implants from UK and Australia. Mam was really good on what she does and really take extreme care of the patient. I can only comment once I finish the whole treatment currently implants are infused. So the service is good I can highly recommend for implants.

My case was I have boneloss on front teeth still mam tried to place implant with extreme care not causing damage to the bone using bone grafting technique. She also considered my travel dates and accomodated the treatment. Patient priority for them.

The extraction doctor has real good patience and good explanations skills. I forgot his name 😀.

Areas of Improvement

I would expect if detailed explanation provided for the rootcause of the condition and few admin activities need to be improved like payments,appointments to the near by branches. Overall its really good service. A bit of training required for the admin team. 😀🤗.

When a patient asks the need for any medical issues

We appreciate if the doc is very clear in her approach

I was really disappointed and dissatisfied with Dr. Jyoti. and her assistant who dealt with patient (that’s me) as if dealing with some animal who won’t be affected if handled roughly with instruments .Experience was quite traumatic and unprofessional. I suffered unbearable pain. But yes Dr Sunitha dealt it so nicely and sympathetically that people should learn from her. I had to loose another teeth but yes it was extracted very scientifically and with much patience by a senior surgeon and Dr Sunitha Ma’m took personal care which is worth mentioning. I am sure I will recover soon .

1.Asking patient for his convenient time.

2.Detailed explanation about uses, comforts and future loses.

3. Patience in explaining same issue 2nd time also.

4. Talking with smile and politeness.

5. showing importance to the regular oldest visitors.

6. One more point would be added after completion of the the treatment.
