Germanten Hospitals, Attapur

In my impression Germanten hospital although new (unfinished in some areas) and purpose built,failed to deliver upto it's marketing hype. It is grossly mismanaged, chaotic and disorganized run by callous employees who lack basic professional courtesy. The appointment booking through practo after being confirmed was not honored, pre-poned by the hospital from 8:30 pm to 7:30 pm, when arrived at 7:30 was refused by the reception. After much ado, they caught up and registered, (cash only, no reciept). After ever changing wait times and conflicting information, 30 minutes later we were made to sit in one of the three OP consultation rooms, that are interconnected and through which their "Star" doctor jumps through. There were two separate patients sitting in one room at a time , the house keeping staff, the clerical staff, all constantly walking through, constantly peeking in. Dr. Khan was hurried and the prevalent chaos impeded from careful assessment of the patients medical history and was offered one of their Viscosupplementation packages even before diagnostic x-ray could be seen by Dr. Khan in another OP consultation room.Five minutes spent with the Dr. Khan was barely satisfactory. The whole experience is a huge deterrent, especially the aggressively blatant marketing paraphernalia of posters, newspaper clippings, awards, textbooks and German memorabilia. This did not inspire trust nor excude care but came across as a very transactional establishment that fails to live upto and deliver heath care.

We met Dr Shyam when my Mother had a severe back pain due to fracture in spine. Doctor treated her well with proper medicines .Pain got subsided within a week. We also had treatment for my husband who had Spine issues .He has great patience in answering all the questions and explains the problems . He is one of the doctor who adheres to ethical standards in practice. Very thankful to Dr Shyam for his friendly approach towards patients.

This is Gurvendra Singh... I was suffering from tail bone pain which called as coccydenia. I just searched for the near by hospital near me and came to know about germanten hospital. They recommended me to undergo physiotherapy sessions. Dr.prasad is the head and has treated me with the condition. I was suffering from a week with the pain...within two sessions my pain has gone down. Now i am able to sit on the chair easily and do my other daily activities. I really thank him and his team for there efforts and motivation.

I have been visiting doctor for Physiotherapy since March end for my mother. Initially I was very worried after the TKR surgery. Currently, I am very satisfied with the services provided and I have seen good improvement. Thank you doctor for always being there whenever needed. I would recommend others to seek this doctor for any physiotherapy needs.

Waited for 45 minutes for the appointment. He made us wait additional 20 minutes inside the cabin . Least interested in the Consultation. Didn’t explain anything regarding the treatment. So many people inside the cabin . No privacy at all . 750 rupees only for waiting . Didn’t even look at the xray . He wasn’t interested at all

I am bariyam singh .when i visited dr.prasad for the first time my elbow movements were very less due to previous fracture. Within one week i got almost 90 percent of my elbow movements. Dr.prasads respond is really good and he cleared all my doubts and helped with my condition.

I had a neglected case of frozen shoulders. I had lost all hopes because it was more than 2 years. At this juncture i met Prasad Sir. He started working on my shoulders. Very slowly i began to improve my condition. Whatever Prasad Sir promised me, he delivered. I was in a very bad state but with his hard work and application of his knowledge and experience he helped me to become much better. Today i am fine.

I had consulted the doctor as I had shoulder pain. ********* *** *** **** ** *** ******* Procedure which is doing is not worth and old. He told to hold for 6 months. I am not satisfied. I am going to another doctor now. Doctor was friendly *** ********* ** *** ***** Hospitality was ok.

My father had consulted the doctor and it was for health concern. Still my father is having pain and health issue. Treatment was ok and I am satisfied 50 percent. I can recommend doctor to my family or friends. Medicine was prescribed by the doctor. Scanning was done. Physiotherapy was suggested by doctor. He had back pain. There was no waiting time in the hospital. Hospitality was good.

My grand mother fell at home and had vertebra fracture.consulted dr shyam sunder with severe pain.he did cement injection in to bone under local anesthesia.morning admitted and evening discharged.she is 90%releaved of her pain and walking well now..very happy with treatment .
