Recently my 9yr old daughter got her Tonsilectomy surgery and Dr. B Naveen Kumar sir has handled our situation with great care at Shenoy Hospital. He was very clear in explaining the complications in future if the Grade 4 tonsils were not removed for my daughter, he made me and my wife very comfortable and explained the surgery procedure and clarified our questions with utmost patience. He made my daughter very comfortable and prepared her for surgery by explaining her in a very soft way on what is going to put on her body for monitoring purpose and canola (butterfly) on her hand for IV fluids. This made my daughter very comfortable during the surgery and it was a smooth experience for me and my daughter.

Now this is the key part of my story!! My daughter developed a viral infection after a week time and around 11:30PM she started bleeding lumps of blood from her mouth. I was literally down and choas and dont know what to do. Luckily, i had Dr. B Naveen kumar sir number and dialed him and explained the situation. He immediately asked me to come on video call and guided my wife and daughter on how to stop the bleeding. I was down with giddiness as i could not see my daughter in that situation, but my wife was brave enough to handle the situation and follow instructions from doctor. I really appreciate he picking up the call midnight and guiding us through the toughest situation of our life. He really calmed down our nerves and completely changed the situation with his instructions and first aid. I cant thank enough Dr. Naveen.

I'm super happy i was able to meet such a nice human being more than a Doctor. Who is very concerned about my daughter health and well-being even after discharge and despite being very very busy with his daily work.

i visited this doctor at Anand nagar colony. Very disappointing experience at this clinic. **** *** ****** ** *** ********* ** *** ************* *** ****** ******* **** ********** They charged me a consultation fee and created a large file for my case, then asked me to wait because there were many patients. After waiting for almost an hour, when I finally met the doctor, I was told to come back the next day for the actual consultation.

**** * ***** ** *** ********** ** ***** ** ** *** ** ********** ***** *** * ******** ************** I requested a receipt and my file since I had already paid money, but they refused to provide either the receipt or the file. This behavior is **** ************** *** unacceptable.

Doctor was excellent. High wait time.

If 2:30 pm is lunch time, then don't provide the slot. Remove the slot so that patient can plan accordingly.

Dr.Naveen Kumar M was stupendous in detecting, explaining and clearing the problem. My baby was facing the problem of having the stone in the salivary gland none of the Doctors I've visited had solved the problem but he did.

Dr. Naveen Kumar Bashetty is good, but the hospital management does not prioritize emergencies and strictly follows protocols. Despite my appointment at 9:30 am, the consultation was arranged at 10:00 am without any apology or explanation for the delay.

Actually we have visited to Mr M Naveen kumar Doctor for second opinion, unlike other doctors not recommended for surgery for sinus, has given medication for improvement. Then our Baby still suffered from sinus and undergone for surgery as suggested by Naveen Sir. He is a friendly doctor and extensive experience to diagnose the problem. Really our baby is feeling very well after the surgery.
