If you spend long hours sitting ar your desk, here are some stretching exercises you should try:

  • PELVIC ROCKING AND HEAD/CHEST FLOATS
    This is useful to do about once for every hour of sitting. It is especially good to do before getting up.

  • SITTING LAID BACK AND UP:
    -Reposition your pelvis on the  front part of the seat; 
    -Lean back over the backrest, allowing your low back forward while you stretch your arms over your head; tuck your chin in gently, but allow your head to recline back with the trunk.
    -Do a few cleansing breaths while lengthening out your body

  • Forward spine release in sitting, Desk topresting, Rotational spine release in sitting, Backward bending
    Neck release, neck straightening and decompression and self massage.
