Beautiful, lush and healthy hair is the wish everybody asks for but our bad eating habits and use of  ,chemicals hair dyes makes our hair fragile and unhealthy which leads to premature graying ,dandruff, alopecia and loss of hair. Hair are the important part of our look, it can make or break someone’s image and can lead to depression as well. Falling of 10-15 hairs a day could be considered normal but 50-60 hairs at a time indicates serious hair loss and immediate attention to it should be given. The Hair fall is a problem from which every second person has been struggling especially women; they use many shampoos, conditioners and other hair products which harm the hairs. Hair loss is the common problem; the loss of hair at a young age is rapidly increasing in both men and women. Some people complaint of Thinning of hair and dandruff, some suffer with alopecia in which there is a complete loss of hair. Hair loss can be easily cured by taking good care of your hair. The reason for hair loss according to Ayurveda is the imbalance between the Doshas of the body, the Pitta Dosha increases and destroys the roots of the hair, which results in excessive hair fall and graying of hair. The chemicals found in the hair products directly increase the Pitta and Vata in the scalp.

Tips for hair fall reduction.

  • Amla- Make a paste of Amla by adding water and apply it to the scalp and hair, leave it for half an hour and rinse. This will cleanse out all the Doshas from the hair. Consume a mixture of Amla powder, Bhringraj powder and black sesame seed powder, 5 gm two times a day, to provide the optimum nutrition to the hair.
