Tata Memorial Hospital (TMC) is a 600-bed cancer centre on Dr. E Borges Road in Parel, Mumbai 400012, near Sewri Fort. Established in 1941, it operates under the Department of Atomic Energy and registers over 120,000 new cancer patients a year across a network spanning seven states, built on a hub-and-spoke model intended to keep treatment affordable.Treatment covers radiotherapy, chemotherapy, surgical oncology and precision medicine, alongside radiology, interventional radiology, gastroenterology, urology, orthopaedics and gynaecology. The hospital's research feeds into cancer care guidelines internationally.The hospital is open 24 hours, all seven days. A registration fee of ₹100 applies. Its laboratory has held NABL accreditation for diagnostic services since 2006.On site: blood bank, 24-hour pharmacy, emergency services, laboratory, operation theatre, ICU, cafeteria, ATM, parking, Wi-Fi, prayer room and laundry.
