When my husband fainted at home and I rushed him to Max Shalimar Bagh, the very strong team of Cardiology led by Dr. Naveen Bhamri took over the case.

Not a minute was wasted. All necessary tests were conducted within a matter of hours.

Dr. Bhamri informed us about the case complications and also the possible treatments available for it.

His ********* *********, detailed explanations, accompanied by diagrams reassured us that we were in safe hands.

And while he briefed us about all possible treatments, he allowed us to choose the treatment that we wanted to go for which clearly told us that he is a non-commercial doctor.

Since ours was a complicated case, he researched and sought the help of other senior Cardiologists like Dr. Balbir Singh for carrying out the surgical procedure. He also lined up at least three back up support teams and necessary infrastructure to ensure that the procedure is carried out successfully.

Dr. Bhamri personally supervised the post surgery recovery calling up every few hours to check on my husband’s condition.

Even when we were discharged from the hospital, his office called up to check about my husband’s well being.

I went to consult Dr. Tripathi. with my ECG and ECHO test results( i got from another lab), ** ****** ****** ** ** **** **** ******* *** just uprightly told me to get a Stress ECHO test done specifically from his Lab( hospital he was working in). Did not give me any reason nor ask anything about my medical history nor give any diagnosis to my test results.

I was beyond impressed about my experience with Dr. Archit Pandit. I was completely blown away by how he just diagnosed my mothers tumor! We had consulted multiple doctors before and no one could identify the problem so accurately in first instance. A lot of doctors don’t realize how important it is to have administration like Dr. Archit. The first point of contact is crucial!

Now onto the appointment… Just to be sure of the examination even on reports, he did the necessary tests and to echo his observation, the result was excactly the same as he identified. As we came back home, we were a million percent sure that, "He is the one" to be treating my mother. She also said, " I feel I am in safe hands."

The next thing on his target was the surgery which was performed within a week's time followed by the routine checks.

Our whole family is more than thankful to him for his utmost positive attitude and for treating her to do well. I would highly recommend him!!

I booked an appointment with an ENT specialist at MAX Hospital, ******** ******* *** **** ** *** ******** *** must have good precautions for Covid-19. At the desired time-slot, Dr. Suven Kalra was the only one available and I was confident that someone who works at MAX must be good, because we've always had a very good experience over there.

I was observing how Dr. Suven Kalra was handling his patient (my family member). The patient is quite old. ** *** ****** *** ********* **** ** ** **** * ******** ***** ******* *********** **** **** * ******* ***** **** * **** ***** I was really unimpressed by my first impression of him.

After the checkup was done, he started writing a prescription without explaining what he saw, in the throat, or even in the ear. We had to ask him for details, which he was just not revealing. All he said was, "it looks alright, but if you say you still have a problem, here's the detailed prescription." I tried to ask him further on a few tablets, to know what exactly they are for? He did not even look at me, when I asked him the second time. I was loud enough (and polite) so he could hear. He kept on looking at my family member to see if they had any questions. I was surprised by his behaviour. Then I asked my family member to ask him about the tablets right in front of him. He then just shook off saying - "they're for the throat". I just thought I'll ask the chemist/pharmacist instead, *** *** *** **** *********** *** *************

So, at the end of it, we had no explanation from him on what he noticed about the organs he checked, and we did not have any explanation on why he is giving the medication, and exactly for what? ** *** ** **** ****** *** *** ** *** **** *** ******* ** ***** I later blamed myself for not pushing him to know more details.

My family member and I are very disappointed with his treatment. We really expected better at MAX Hospital, since they know how to maintain quality. But perhaps, they missed out on this one.

I hope to meet ******* more polite and gentle doctors in the future.

My father complained of severe chest pain & was suggested angiography after echo. We came to know about Dr.Bhamri from my colleague's great experience with him so we went there and we were treated with utmost promptness by Dr.Bhamri's staff. Major obstruction was found on both of the sides during angiography which was to be treated urgently & on priority as noticed by me as well. It was a life threatening condition & i still get scared while thinking about it.

I am thankful to Dr.Bhamri & his team as because of their expertise in the field they were able to normalize the condition & gave the joy back to us.

Dr. Archit Pandit treated my father who was diagnosed with carcinoma colon. We were referred to him through a family friend. He listened to us very carefully and guided us in all possible virtues. He is very professional and a person with a warm heart. Doctors like him are rare to find. The surgery was planned and all the procedure was explained to us beforehand. He continuously encouraged my father and all of us before and after the surgery. He himself is so motivated and enthusiastic that he tries to transmit the same to his patients and their family. He performed the surgery successfully and we were highly satisfied with him. He always picks our call even at odd hours. Dr. Waheed Zaman is not only a very experienced doctor but also a very nice human being. My father was facing a problem of urinary infection and urine stop. Dr. Zaman thoroughly examined reports of my father and explained each and every detail of the illness and suggested surgery (TURP). Dr. Zaman himself done the surgery on 19.11.2020 and my father is perfectly fine now. I have highest regard for him and by my personal experience, I highly recommend his name for the patients facing urinary diseases.

I know Dr.Archit since 2013 and have been visiting him evers since. I visited him reg my fathers kidney surgery. I had doubts about this doctor before meeting him (since he was not much experienced at that time and i had my own apprehensions as well). But the way Dr. Archit attended us was wonderful. I was suffering from sinusitis from past 2 years. Not even a single doctor prescribed me some good Medicines. Dr. Wahid Zaman is a very polite and experienced surgeon, He explained all the things about Health issues. For me he explained very briefly about kidney transplant and also give me a right suggestion about medicine after my transplant at time to time at my residence Lucknow by phone.
