I had consulted Dr. Anurag, ENT specialist for my mother at Jeevan Anmol Hospital located at Mayur Vihar Phase 1 in the evening on 18th August 2023. He had suggested for some medicine dosage for next 4 days and then get some tests done. Thereafter, I was supposed to bring the test reports to him for his further advice. The medicines continued until 22nd August. Thereafter, my mother’s tests were done on 23rd August. I collected the reports on 24th August and went to meet Dr. Anurag on 25th August on his scheduled visiting hours. But I was told by the hospital staff that he did not come to the hospital on that day. The nurse on duty suggested me to meet him the next day morning. Hence, I again went to visit him on 26th August.
When the nurse on duty took the prescription to him in his chamber, * ********* *** ******** ** *** ***** **** *** *** ********* **** she should ask me to pay his fees again and then I should reach him.
This was extremely shocking to me because there is no written intimation neither on his prescription nor there is any formal directions by the hospital about the grace period for free consultation after paying fees during the first visit. And this was only a follow up visit to the doctor.
I was informally told by the hospital staff that the grace period is valid only for 3 days. *** *** *** ****** ********* ********* ********* *** * ***** *** ** ************* ********* *** ***** ** ******* * **** ***** Did he avoid to meet me when I went with the test reports on his next scheduled OPD? Was the entire week purposely delayed so that the validity period expires *** *** ******** *** *** ****** *** * ************* *********** ** ****** ****** **** **** ** *********** ******** ***** ******** *** ************* ******** ** *** ****** *** *** ******** *** I thought to share this insulting experience with everyone.

I was having problem in tooth and the doctor inspect my tooth from 3 feet away. She just advised me to get x ray of the tooth from other radiologists. Jeevan anmol hospital is so big and they do not have facilities of x ray. My total bad experience. Will not suggest anyone to visit. I pais six hundred.
