I cannot thank Dr. Nivedita Kaul enough for the care, compassion, and professionalism she showed during one of the most emotionally and physically challenging times of my life. I was diagnosed with an ectopic pregnancy — something I had never imagined facing — and was overwhelmed with fear and confusion.

From the very first consultation, Dr. Nivedita was incredibly patient and thorough. She calmly explained my condition, what it meant, and the treatment options available. Her ability to communicate with empathy, yet with medical clarity, made a world of difference. When my husband fainted at home and I rushed him to Max Shalimar Bagh, the very strong team of Cardiology led by Dr. Naveen Bhamri took over the case.

Not a minute was wasted. All necessary tests were conducted within a matter of hours.

Dr. Bhamri informed us about the case complications and also the possible treatments available for it.

Doctor gave me reasons like food allergy and anxiety for my excessive defecation and urination. I was ASKED to go to a GI by my dermatologist and gynaecologist for my acne saying that if your digestive habits are not comfortable then it might be related to that. This doctor told me the most weird reasons like food allergies I agree people have it but I have consumed pretty much everything and never had an issue. He told me I have milk allergy *** * **** *** **** *** ** **** ******* ****** *** ********* I consume a shot of milk regardless now IF AT ALL I DO and he’s asked me to AVOID it like that’s the problem* ** ********* **** ** * **** ** ******* ******* ** ********* **. He didn’t even bother checking the acne out, asked me to get my anxiety checked by the psychiatrist. I have never ever in my entire life had such a bad experience with anyone so I told him straight up I’ll take a second opinion, after which he gave me ANTIBIOTICS FOR IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME (which somehow he didn’t wanna diagnose me with earlier). * ***** **** *********** *** ** *** ******** ******** ********* He gave me a list of tests as well and tried to get his assistants to lead me to the lab? **** *** ***** * ********* **** *** ** *** *** ** * ******** ******** **** *** ****** **** *** ***** * ***** **** ******** ***** ** ******** * *** * ***** **** **** *********** ****** ***** ** ******** * *** ***** ****** **** ** ** ** *** ********** ** **** ******* ***** ** ***** ********* ** *** ******** ****** **** ******* ** *** **** ****** **** *** * **** *********** I told him to keep the acne aside, and tell me what might be the reason for my problem. This is the most horrible experience ever.

Our pregnancy journey took a new turn when we moved from Ambala to Delhi during the last trimester. In Ambala, we had an amazing doctor and it was difficult to imagine finding someone who could care for us the same way.

Then we met Dr. Nivedita Kaul — and from the very first meeting, we felt a sense of relief and joy. She carefully listened to our story, reviewed all our reports, and immediately made us feel at home. Her kindness, cheerfulness, enthusiasm, calmness, and attention to detail reassured us that we had come to the right place. She even shared her and her colleague Dr. Tripti’s number, encouraging us to reach out anytime, no matter how small the concern.

We had consulted many reputed doctors in Delhi, but none had given us the confidence and comfort that Dr. Kaul did in just one meeting. During my labour, when the pains became intense and unbearable, I lost all hope of having a normal delivery. I asked for a C-section. But Dr. Nivedita and her colleague Dr. Tripti stood by me like a rock. With so much patience and care, they looked me in the eye and said, “We want you to try for normal delivery.”

Both doctors were incredibly patient, kind-hearted, cheerful and supportive. Throughout my hospital stay, Dr. Nivedita remained constantly in touch with me and her team.

Despite my baby having more than two loops of the cord around the neck, with her expert care and moral support, I delivered safely and naturally. She made this intense and emotional journey not only possible but beautiful and memorable. Our baby arrived healthy, and we became joyful, grateful parents.

I’ve had my fair share of experiences with doctors across the globe. While most of them are highly skilled doctors, not everyone is able to connect with patients on a human level. With Dr. Waheedu Zzaman, we found both — his exceptional medical expertise and genuine compassion for patients. Hello Dr. Naveen Bhamri,Just wanted to acknowledge your efforts in the recent angioplasty procedure for my 60 years old mom this month.I kept dreading after her first heart attack in US this June 2022. Back then, we went to one of the renowned heart hospital in New Jersey for the angioplasty which didn't really get successful due to 100% blockage. After reaching back to India, every day was so difficult with my mom in terms of walking, breathing etc., making us pursue again the angioplasty at one of the top notch hospital in cardiology at national level.The doctors over there too weren't really able to place stents due to 100% blockage. We lost all hopes and have almost accepted the fate of multiple medicines paralleled with side effects for the entire life.That was the time when we got to know about you Dr. Naveen Bhamri (Max, Shalimar Bhagh - Delhi). He is one miraculous doctor, a blessing to people in Delhi ncr with immense knowledge & expertise in his field. When i saw every physician of Jaipur failing to cure the recurring high fever (104) of my mother since 2.5 months, i went to him with high hopes in Max Shalimar bagh through Dr Alok Kalyani. He took his time and gone through all Ct scans endless blood reports which all were correct showing no sign of any infection, then suggested Pet- ct also which showed no sign of malignancy. He didn’t left hope after that also and was prompt in suggesting a test for Brucella which was the only reason for high prolonged fever. Brucella is rare and i wonder when will Jaipur physicians learn about this.?! I doubt there profession as they had putted every drug for fever.

I was aback by Nagrani Sir competence as a General Physician, a big salute to such a humble & senior doctor who was risking his life coming into the room of the patient during covid to do his duty. Big thanks to him for saving us where we hardly had hopes about how the fever will stop, jaipur doctors (ehcc, soni hospital) showed up the bills of 9 lacs without any cure. He came out as a blessing for us, can never thank him enough for saving my mom. 🙏🙌

I booked an appointment with an ENT specialist at MAX Hospital, ******** ******* *** **** ** *** ******** *** must have good precautions for Covid-19. At the desired time-slot, Dr. Suven Kalra was the only one available and I was confident that someone who works at MAX must be good, because we've always had a very good experience over there.

I was observing how Dr. Suven Kalra was handling his patient (my family member). The patient is quite old. ** *** ****** *** ********* **** ** ** **** * ******** ***** ******* *********** **** **** * ******* ***** **** * **** ***** I was really unimpressed by my first impression of him.

After the checkup was done, he started writing a prescription without explaining what he saw, in the throat, or even in the ear. We had to ask him for details, which he was just not revealing. All he said was, "it looks alright, but if you say you still have a problem, here's the detailed prescription." I tried to ask him further on a few tablets, to know what exactly they are for? He did not even look at me, when I asked him the second time. I was loud enough (and polite) so he could hear. He kept on looking at my family member to see if they had any questions. I was surprised by his behaviour. Then I asked my family member to ask him about the tablets right in front of him. He then just shook off saying - "they're for the throat". I just thought I'll ask the chemist/pharmacist instead, *** *** *** **** *********** *** *************

So, at the end of it, we had no explanation from him on what he noticed about the organs he checked, and we did not have any explanation on why he is giving the medication, and exactly for what? ** *** ** **** ****** *** *** ** *** **** *** ******* ** ***** I later blamed myself for not pushing him to know more details.

My family member and I are very disappointed with his treatment. We really expected better at MAX Hospital, since they know how to maintain quality. But perhaps, they missed out on this one.

I hope to meet ******* more polite and gentle doctors in the future.

Patient was 55 years old. We visited for ear pain and not hearing properly. On first visit, doc diagnosis was that ear has inner swelling and infection. He prescribed a course of antibiotics. We visited again after a week for recheck up. patient didn’t have any pain anymore but had problem in hearing. He ****** **** **** *** *** ********* *** said infection has cleared and there’s still some swelling. *** ******** ** ********** * ****** we got the test done and report shown some loss. We went back with the report, he straight forward said that patient has loss of hearing. I tried to get more info on the report and condition.. I got the answer that its due to the age. Some people have it early, some at later stage. * *** ****** **** **** ***** ******** I had to ask everything about the situation and he was not explaining anything on his own. Then he said, its not reversible and patient would require a hearing aide.
