I am happy to write about ILBS hospital and Dr Rakhi Maiwal .I admitted my daughter Miss Gunjan Agarwal aged 19 years on 27 th April 2021 in unconscious state and acute liver failure situation.We were very frightened due to her critical condition. There were daily up’s & downs in her condition and doctor were doing there best effort . She got consciousness after 11 days of hardwork of doctors on 4th may 2021. Slowly and steadily doctors did their bit and my daughter was ***** *** discharged after 48 days on 10 th may 2021.Mrs Rakhi maiwal is no less then a godly figure for me. I am so grateful to her and all the other doctors and nursing staff at the hospital for helping us getting our daughter back .

One thing I saw was that 90% people were admitted at ILBS at the very last stage when the patient was very critical and doctors have very less chances, instead I suggest you should straight away go to ILBS at the beginning stage.

I am very grateful to Dr Rakhi Madam , who is very practical in approach & treatment and she gives her best. She cares for the patient as demanded by her . My daughter is being look after by madam very well .

I went to the Hospital at 11 AM to the treatment of my 18 Months old baby, first Nurse told me that After examine by the Junior Doctor Dr. Seema Alam Examine. After Waiting of One hour Junior Doctor examined my baby and told me to wait for Dr. Seema Alam. At 1 PM she went for having her lunch and taking rest. As she doesn't want to work, *** ***** **** ***** *** ***** *** **** *** *** ****** ****** *** **** **** ** ********** She came back at 4 PM after taking rest and suggested some medicines to Junior Doctor for baby. She didn't even check the baby.

I went to ILBS as my mom was detected to have a tumour at the base of her tongue during this July. And the Doctor provided was Dr. Deepti Sharma, Radiation deptt.

The Doctor was thorough while explaining the issue at hand and the advised treatment. Since my mom has had the illness for a while now, we decided to go ahead with the given advice, straightaway.

The entire treatment, Radiation and Chemo went for close to a two-month period and all this while, we were ably supported by Dr. Deepti. Whenever I had some questions/doubts, she helped me with the solutions.

* Extremely disappointing experience at ILBS (Dr. S. K. Sarin’s team).

We admitted my father under Dr. S. K. Sarin in February 2025 and even chose a private room, ***** **** ****** ****** ******** ** ****** ******

During 10 days of admission, Dr. Sarin visited only once. Most of the time, very young doctors such as Dr. Manu and Dr. Sugna used to come, who seemed to be in training.

In these 10 days, my father went through many expensive investigations — biopsy, PET-CT, two endoscopies and numerous blood tests * *** ** ***** ********* ** *********** *** *****

We kept hoping for some direction, but only tests and tests kept happening ******* *** ***********

Got appointment in tough situation of lockdown.

My mother cancer treatment was going on in AIIMS and we started Radio Therapy treatment under the guidance of Dr Deepti Sharma.

Very much satisfied with friendly behaviour, treatment and elaboration of all negative and positive impact of treatment.

I met dr respected sasthry sir at ilbs,for liver disease. I was told earlier by different doctors that i hv fatty liver disease.but sasthry sir examined me and told me,after my blood work and ultrasound that i ve 200 percent allright liver...he made me release all my tensions************* ****** ***dilligent one..i m lucky,i got his appointment... Sir, it is so difficult to get Dr Sarin’s appointment. My father has been admitted in ILBS since last 7 days and i have been trying to get Dr Sarin’s appointment since 1 week but appointment desk says waiting is till July. My father is in critical condition right in ILBS and we feel helpless.
