Horrible experience! Root canal was declared to be 'not possible' after two long, invasive and painful sittings! The very next day i consulted a senior dentist who immediately located the canals and successfully completed the root canal. At Matrix it was the most painful and panic ridden time I ever experienced on the dental table. **** *** *** **** ********** ********** ********* *** the best is, the dentist perforated the non-canal areas of the tooth ***** ** ******* ******* Dubious and unreliable messaging. ********* ** **** ** ****** ****** The most abysmal dental experience of my life! *** **** ******* ***** ** ***** * * ***** ** ********* ***********

We visited the clinic for getting our dental implants done and Dr.Saurabh Nagpal was very helpful in explaining each and every step involved each OPG CBCT to us so that the case becomes clear to us.Costs involved were briefed to us beforehand. He told us to go for All-On-4. The tooth extraction and dental implant placement went very very smoothly. There was no major pain / complications as such. Doctor gave us a healing time of 15 days and that was a blessing. No bleeding nothing .After 15 days he placed the temporary prosthesis and we're all good for next 4 months till our permanent prosthesis will be placed.

All in all i recommend this clinic and specially Dr. Saurabh. The most helpful,calm,down-to-earth,patient and well communicating doctor.

Great experience. The clinic is well sanitized and all the staff had proper ppe kits. The waiting time was minimal. The doctor was friendly and he made me very comfertable. He too was wearing full ppe kit and he sees no two patients with the same ppe kit on. He made me understand my x-rays and the line of treatment, cost and time its was going to take. my session lasted nearly 1 hr 15 mins and the doctor was very supportive and patient throughout the surgical extraction process. After the procedure, the team explained to me post-care and medication in detail. They even sent me post-care instructions on whatsapp which is pretty neat. Overall, a great facility with very professional staff and a great doctor. Definitely and highly recommended.

I have been a patient of Dr Sourav Nagpal for the past 5 years. Total 4 visits I have made. Last visit was on Dec 2023. I’ve always loved his skilled work, he is a perfectionist! He is compassionate and very professional. I know I’m in good hands with Dr Sourav and his staff.
