The past 2 years have been really tough, with an ongoing pandemic, and adapting to this new online lifestyle modality. It was really hard and some things became way way more challenging. Being stuck in our homes for 24 hours was a catastrophe for me. At that time I was facing problems in my job, as well as in my personal life. I was always restless, I was crying my eyes out, was having sleepless nights on a regular basis and people around me were not able to understand what I'm going through. My friends, my family and everyone else were just not able to understand it.
I took this concern to my general physician and he recommended that I see a psychotherapist. Before meeting Ms. Nimisha Shrivastava, I’ve tried a couple of other counselling services, but I wasn’t sure that things were actually moving forward in positive directions or not. But after a few sessions with Ms. Nimisha I felt someone was actually listening to me, able to understand what I was going through. She is a really experienced person in her field, she is an expert in what she does. Ms. Nimisha has an eclectic approach towards things. The way she understands what is going right now, her view of the world around us and how she gives those to the point examples are just phenomenal.
I’ll recommend Ms. Nimisha to anyone who is facing any issues in her/his life to just give it a try, take a few sessions from her and see what happens. I think counselling is a very personal technique of helping others and the one who is counselling others has to have a very firm hold on the skill of counselling.
Thank you Ms. Nimisha for your efforts, listening carefully and helping me in this situation.

advantage - he prescribes the right medicine. it is usually right from the first go. which is difficult to find in psychiatry. disadvantage- he is impatient, he does not listen to you well enough. I was apprehensive about starting medicine and side effects, he did not even try to explain me why he is prescribing what he is prescribing. I gained a lot of weight due to one of the medicine. and i stopped taking it on my own and reduced my dosage of other medicines based off internet research. when i informed him about this at the next consultancy he just listened to what I have done and reduced my dosage. that's it, no explanation again. after taking the medicine for more than 6 months I decided to stop taking them because I felt no longer had symptoms. i consulted him, he told me "yes go ahead, stop the medicines". so naturally I listened to him. that was a big mistake. * ***** ******* ********** ******** I gain researched on internet and found out that you are not supposed to suddenly stop taking anxiety meds, you are supposed to taper them off very slowly. this was something one hopes to be guided about by a doctor. but I was not informed. I feel he was reckless and as usual impatient. * ******** ******** *** ** ***** ** *** ******** i could never completely rely on him, *** * ****** ***** ***** ****** ***** ********* ******** ********* ***** ***** **** **** ********* ***** **** *********** **** *** **** * ******** ****** and it was his responsibility to take care of me as a patient. but I feel he seriously failed at it. if you feel unheard by him, do reconsider visiting him again. I gave him many chances, it was not worth it.

Happy with: Treatment satisfaction
I totally recommend Dr. Anuneet Sabharwal and The Happy Tree facility to anyone who wants to get rid of drug addiction. Having been treated as an in-patient in this facility for 30 days I feel qualified to give my evaluations of this institute.
If you have a drug problem and you decide to come to this facility, the first thing you dont need to worry about is the withdrawal symptoms, beacause you won't get any. Dr. Anuneet Sabharwal will make sure you dont feel any discomfort during the period of your stay, he's got medications to deal with any kind of withdrawal symptom. I barely had any withdrawals (even though I was a heavy drug user). Thank You Dr. Sabharwal ,you rock.
Managing withdrawals and getting detoxified is but a small part of the large process of drug dependence treatment, the other (and bigger) part is about getting you in a proper mindset so that you dont make a relase after leaving this facility. This part of treatment is handled splendidly by Ms. Ariba through her counselling sessions, group therapy, family therapy etc etc. Believe me after talking with her you will get to know new things about your drug use that you didnt know previously. You'll be more motivated to quit permanently your drug use after going through a series of counselling sessions with her. *** ** *** **** ************ * **** **** *******
The premises of this facility is good, staff is overall good. The only thing I had some issue with in this facility is the food, but that I think that was a transient phase as a number of cooks were hired and fired in a short period. Overall its a good institute, I'll give it 4.5/5 .
