My experience with Dr. Neha Khandelwal has been truly exceptional, right from the very beginning from conceiving until delivery.

I had hypothyrodism, RH-ve blood group, was diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes but the way she managed everything with minimal diagnosis and treatment was commendable. *** ******* ** ****** *** **** *** **** **** *** *** ********* At times I was anxious there were high and low moments but her advice and strict decisions at particular moment made my life.

She has always told and encouraged me to stay positive during every visit. Her confidence, smile always gave me a new hope. She has patiently addressed all my concerns and queries.

Throughout the pregnancy, Dr. Neha’s approachable and compassionate nature made a world of difference. Her expertise, combined with her calm and positive approach, ensured that the entire journey remained smooth and stress-free.

I remember the very first day we met Dr. Neha Khandelwal, she told us that one day the picture of our baby would grace the wall of her cabin and today, that beautiful moment has finally arrived. This is the level of confidence she gave us.

We as couples felt special after making this leap jump from taking decision to move from pune in 2nd month to Delhi. Registered with premier chain of Cloud 9 - Being a parent today I am happy to say - Yes, they know moms.

This journey is an expedition and worth remembering for parenthood.

1. Neonatal Support : best part was neonatal support initiating a beautiful skin to skin contact touch and breastfeeding after a minute of birth.

2. Lactation support : Some over the top professionals to counsel you on lactation process.

3. Massage therapist looking after me since start of gynae appointments,Phenomenal environment that you would feel energised.

4. Prompt Nursing : TAT to nursing was great. ( A big nightmare) Thanks to her team at cloud nine hospital.

I’m so grateful to finally share my experience with Dr. Neha.

To be very honest, when I first conceived, I had initially consulted a very well-known doctor. But I wasn’t satisfied—their explanations never gave me clarity or comfort, and there was no logic of connection. Being in my very first month of pregnancy, I was scared and full of questions, yet I left those consultations with more doubts than reassurance.

That’s when my husband started searching for another doctor, and we finally found Dr. Neha. From our very first consultation, * **** ** ******* ********* ******* *********** *** ********* **** ** **** ******* Slowly, I began feeling more confident too, even while going through so many changes in my body and mind.

As a social media influencer and makeup artist, I was always conscious of looking and feeling my best, so it was difficult to see the changes happening to my body and skin. But every time I shared my concerns with Dr. Neha, she patiently addressed them, and I always walked out feeling lighter and reassured.

Whenever relatives, parents, or in-laws advised me with their endless “do this, don’t do that” suggestions, I always turned to Dr. Neha for clarity—and I chose to follow only her guidance. In fact, me and my husband used to tell everyone openly that we blindly trust Dr. Neha and her decisions, because that’s how much faith we had in her.

Meeting Dr. Neha ma'am was honestly a medical serendipity for us. I always feel that women need doctors who are empathetic and non judgemental when it comes to maternal health and well being. Ma'am was exactly that for us. Motherhood journey is not easy and a positive guidance really makes a lot of difference. Specially when everyone suddenly becomes experts without experience. There, maam's presence, attitude and approach gave us confidence and so much positivity that our journey went as smoothe as anything. She always encourages normal delivery and we had also made up our mind to give it a try but at the end due to some circumstantial information I changed my mind. However, having done that I would still take the liberty to tell all the wonderful women out here to give it a thought specially when you are under maam's care because you will then have access to everything that makes you take an informed decision. Personally for me, ma'am has been a motivation and if ever our son decides to become a doctor, I would want him to be one like ma'am. Finally, recovery under ma'am even with a c section is super smoothe. I walked the same day of my surgery and barring the basic pain that is there, I am up and running like before.Finally maam's team and particularly Aakriti has been a gem in everything I can think of. She is calm, quick and always smiling. All of these nuances make a lot of difference. She made it a point to come meet me post delivery. I wish her all the best in life. A big thanks to the entire cloud nine team as well for taking such wonderful care of both of us. We were blessed with a baby boy on the 22nd. Despite trying to lay out everything in order, life may not go as per our plans. In these situations, we need someone trustworthy who can reassure us - that it will be okay. Our experience with Dr. Neha has been exactly this. We met her at the end of the first trimester of our pregnancy, and as first time parents we were completely unaware of how to navigate this new and precious journey. From the first consult itself, me and my husband were impressed as well as relieved by her calm demeanour which gave us the feeling that, whatever came our way, Ma'am will help us manage.

Though my pregnancy journey was overall smooth, there were few bumps in the road. But nowhere did Dr. Neha try to guilt me or scare me. She would give her advice with confidence, but also gently, because this is a really volatile time for a would-be-mother. I appreciate her empathetic approach and this intuitiveness she has to gauge how a patient is feeling. Sometimes I met her in a cool state of mind, sometimes anxious but trying to put up a brave face, and sometimes so anxious that I would go in with a diary full of doubts. Every single time, I came out relaxed.

Even when it came to making the decision of going in for an elective C-section, Ma'am made sure to explain in a manner both me (a doctor) and my husband (not from medical background) could understand equally well. This excellent quality of making a timely, shared decision with a patient for such a huge medical choice is a product of her clinical acumen, vast experience and respect for her patients.

I also admire the way Akriti works in tandem with Dr. Neha - always responsive, prompt and responsible, yet in a seemingly effortless manner. The journey from the appointment to the consultation and the next visit would be via Akriti, and never did we have a worry about any errors! I will also add that as a doctor who has worked in various setups, the care and compassion showed by the entire Cloudnine team is so unique. I will never forget how the hospital staff patiently held my hands and helped me take those first steps in the evening post-Cesarean, how the nurses and lactation expert guided me on breastfeeding techniques and helped establish feeding so efficiently, how my diet was so mindfully curated for recovery. This comfortable ecosystem helped me feel almost completely myself as I walked out of the hospital for discharge, slightly nervous but confident that my doctor was there to have my back.

We wholeheartedly thank Dr. Neha, Dr. Somalika, Dr. Bhavna and everyone in the team who made my pregnancy and early postpartum period positive, cherishable and worth looking back on - only with good feelings.

I would like to inform you with great elateness that I am blessed with baby boy on Aug 21 with normal vaginal delivery procedure all because of amazingly awesome Superdoc Dr. Neha khandelwal.

My journey started with Dr. Neha from preconception counselling in Rosewalk (not sure if mam remembers 😅) and continued in Rainbow and now in Cloudnine. My entire pregnancy journey was very smooth and total credit goes to her. One thing in my life I always struggled was being consistent. But surprisingly I followed her to the 'T' right from preconception to the LDR room Delivery table. Never would I have thought that I have that strength that I can deliver normally. Here as well, more than me she believed in me that I can and supported, encouraged and motivated me throughout and here I am 🥰.

I will definitely vouch for Normal delivery as before discharge when your Superdoc says "You can lead a normal life now" will be like music to your ears and very surprising as well because one can do some daily chores as well.

With this lovely journey ending, it feels a little sad knowing that probably I would not be able to meet her in future ☹️☹️.

Hi everybody, we welcomed a beautiful baby boy in our lives on 22nd May 2023 via C section.We want to thank Dr. Neha for her constant support through out this journey. From the day we met her, she has been available 24x7 to guide us through all our doubts. I always had a list of questions ready for her and she always answered every single query (even the silly ones) with such warmth.
