On 18 th July I had taken my 19th month old son to show to Dr. Manoj Padman (paediatric orthopaedic). My son had a complaint of bow shaped leg .On physical examination he had confirmed that child looks normal and to confirm if everything is fine he had suggested few X-rays which we got it done right at that time and showed him the films of the X-ray on which he reconfirmed that X-rays are also normal by the time he turns two and half he should start walking normal and the bow should finish. Me and my family were happy with the positive answer and as per his suggestion we did not start any medication. On 28th July I went to collect the written report from the hospital in which it was mentioned suggestive of Rickets. Looking at the written report I couldn’t stay calm and I started contacted the doctor on 29th July however their was no response from his side till 2nd August . After 4 days when I again called the doctor, his assistant is telling me that doctor is now saying that we need to run some test and need to see the child again and he agreed that he had overlooked the X-ray flims and now he is also suggesting that it could be rickets . On 2nd of August I had reported this issue to rainbow hospital which in return had connected me to Dr. Shivani (medical director ). After explaining her the entire scenario I was expecting that she would help me in taking some action against the doctor . However in return she started favouring Dr. Padman. My son has a decease called biliary artesia. I met with doctor in another hospital, he tried all the possibile help for the treatment. I would say he is god for us, he treated our son in Rainbow Madhukar hospital and we are seeing improvement also. I would really recommend this doctor not because he is good in practice, also because he is good by heart. People meet and go but sometimes they stay with you forever. Same goes with Mr. Handa. you will meet him and he will always treat you like his family. Much respect and lots of wishes for your future Doctor. He understand your concern and will provide you resolution. In our case this is first I went to any hospital and he guide like a parent. We are regularly seeing improvement in our child but it can take up to six month so hope for the best.

I have been consulting Dr. Rinku Sengupta for the last 1.5 years. I had an irregular menstruation cycle and related health issues. My prolactin level was shooting up every 3-4 months. One of my friends recommended Dr. Rinku. She helped me get my cycle regular and I conceived naturally within 6 months.

During my pregnancy journey, she guided me throughout and answered every question that I asked. At first, I was skeptical about changing my doctor near the end of the pregnancy. But in the first meeting, I was convinced and got confidence in her. That she would efficiently take control of the rest of my pregnancy journey.

She is very humble, soft spoken and answers all your queries.

Initially she was preparing us for the normal delivery of my twins. But at my 36th week of pregnancy, the position of my babies was not convenient for normal delivery. I

really appreciate her decision to opt for a C-section at 36th week of pregnancy. I gave birth to a healthy Baby Boy and a Girl.

During the C-section, I was totally conscious and witnessed the whole process. There was a shortage of other doctors during the operation due to other emergency cases.

Despite being the HOD Doctor, Dr. Rinky Sengupta single handedly delivered my twin babies and did all the stitching herself. All this has induced immense respect for her and her caliber.

Normal delivery is a physiological process, but it is practiced very rarely nowadays. Once, I had seen Dr.Rinku Sen Gupta Dhar online in a workshop organized by the BMJ in which she promoted normal vaginal delivery. Since then, I made my mind that in my second pregnancy, by the grace of Almighty, I will surely go to Dr.Rinku Sen Gupta for VBAC. In my very first visit, she stressed upon exercises which specifically helps in promoting VBAC. Dr. Rinku was like an angel to me during my labor. I was amazed to see how much effort Dr. Rinku and her staff were putting in. I was blessed with a baby boy on September 2 2022, via VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean). I had a Ceasarean earlier. I will highly recommend Dr Rinku Sengupta Dhar for VBAC.

I consulted Dr Rinku for my first pregnancy and she remained my doctor throughout my pregnancy. I was so satisfied and happy with her consultation that I didn't go to any other gynecologists when my family wanted me to take a second opinion. She was recommended to me by a friend and I feel lucky to have consulted her during my entire pregnancy. She is an amazing doctor and human being. She is a non-sense doctor, she doesn't scare you with unnecessary medications or tests. She has such a motherly vibe around her. The best part is she is always available on the phone if you have any health issues- fever, or allergies, and she instantly advises you. I CAN'T THANK HER ENOUGH for helping me bring my baby girl into the world. She was AMAZING support during the labor when you are the weakest and you need a mental and emotional lift, she will be right beside you!!!

Both my kids are born under Dr Rinku’s consult and have had a happy healthy journey towards embracing us as parents. She’s especially been there for us when we were going through a rough phase during my second pregnancy. I was detected with gall stones and had episodes of intense pain during my 8th month of pregnancy. She was always there even during odd hours, before and even after my pregnancy to guide me towards comfort. Cant thank my stars enough to have chosen Dr Rinku. A very sharp and experienced doctor. She is a blessing for any lady going through pregnancy and pregnancy related issues.

I was fortunate enough to come across Dr. Rinku Sengupta at the time when we were concerned to find a good gynaecologist. After our first check-up, I was pretty convinced that she was the perfect doctor for us. As time passed, I sailed through my pregnancy journey quite smoothly with her steadfast guidance. She counseled me to have positive thoughts regarding natural birth, even when I was almost on the verge of giving up during my labour. Now, after three weeks of my delivery, I can truly appreciate her advice. I am as healthy as before and can continue with my daily chores with ease.

Dr. Rinku has been an brilliant choice for my 1st pregnancy and has a great word of mouth credibility for normal deliveries. I don't think I would have had a normal delivery without her guidance, patience and support during labor- she kept my spirits high, didn't let me give up after 17hrs of labor (baby was born in the 19th) and explained the procedures to make me comfortable. Right from sound & timely advice, to educating me & my husband on next steps to also guiding us on legit yoga/lamaze workshops- she's been resourceful and of course kept standards high for exercise & fitness where I tended to slack :) It's rare to find a great combination of expertise and empathy in this field and she aces both. She is also open to feedback. I am glad I made the right choice and highly recommend her :)
