hello,
you can apply baking soda over the ulcer or do baking soda in water mouth rinses. this will help to heal your ulcer. you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. get an x-ray done. the best treatment for wisdom tooth, is to get it removed.
Hi it is the most common problem of wisdom tooth go to dentist take an xray and check the position of the tooth if it's Straight and if there is sufficient space in the jaw it will erupt normally this ulcers can be cured under medication. if the position of the tooth is not favorable for eruption better extract the tooth to get permanent solution.
Hi dear it is highly advisable to get the wisdom tooth out in case it gets infected . Chances are high that it may infect the adjacent molar . Also food lodgement and cheek bites would add to further woes.
Next Steps
Visit your dentist. X-ray is required

Wisdome tooth errupt between 17 to 22 years of age. If its not fully errupted now that means it has insuficient space to errupt. So best treatment in that case is extraction as if you take medicine symptoms will subside for limited time and will recur after 3to 4 months.
Hello maam
Its a very common problem of wisdom tooth not completely coming out and creating problems. The ulcer like thing may be because of infection or irritation because of sharp edges of your tooth.
