What mark is this? Pls see picture
I have irritation and such marks on my cheeks! They don't pain but create a nagging irritation! I do take my cheeks inside teeth bcs of a radiating pain/ discomfort from somewhere else ! On checkup i've been sent home saying its all normal , but it isn't! No sharp cusps of teeth, how to get rid of this problem! Looks like a raised skin to me in occlusion to linea alba ! It gets thickened

Hi,
It looks normal. Try and stop the habit of biting your cheek. The raised skin is due to the biting. Once you stop the habit, the raised skin will reduce.
