These marks aren’t like raised sore the and they don’t really hurt they just look terrible and I’m freaking out, they’re patchy red marks on the sides of my throat in the back

it could be normal feature -we call it circumvallate papillae sometimes it looks bigger due to infections or sometimes with gastritis
