Hello Mam, Greetings for the day. Mam redness with white patches in the mouth has a lot of diagnosis. It is important that you visit a dentist with specialisation in Oral Medicine and Radiology who would be able to give the right diagnosis. There are many questions which the dentist would ask as 1. When did you first see it? 2. Did it increase in size or no. from the day you saw it? 3. Did you have a history of fever or body ache? 4. Any burning sensation in the mouth? 5. Any altered taste? 6. Habits like tobacco, Smoking, etc 7. Taking any Medication? And many more. On the basis of the answers the dentist can give you the treatment. In case if the dentist feels the need, they would take a biopsy nd send it to a Oral Pathologist for the final diagnosis.
Next Steps
