What are these marks?
Leave the pigmentation part, it might be physiological but what are these crack like marks on them? Which seems a little reddish with. Depression? The entire area is keratanised as well, when my teeth touches that area cheek feels rough, are those lichenoid reaction marks? Or is it due to any infection? I wanted to grt an biopsy for confirmation but 2-3 dentists here said no need to do.. Is it dysplasia? M scared
