Hii. Good evening.. The white spot may be due to cheek bite or malocclusions or ulcers..You don't have pain.. So no problem.. It will subside gradually..
If you feel more discomfort use topical dentogel on that area.. Thrice a day for two days.. It will get alright soon..
Health Tips
avoid chewing food that side ..
avoid touching the cheek wound with your finger or tongue..
verify if you are having cheek biting habit..
take vitamin b rich foods..

I think you accidentally bite on your cheek. No need to worry about it. It will heal in a few days.
Warm saline water rinses two to three times a day for three to four days.
If still have queries then consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.
Hello...
It can be a cheek bite caused due to sharp cusps of your teeth or due to improper alignment of teeth or some people who have fats in their cheek which tends to come in between when closing your mouth.
It can keep coming back time and again so get a check up done and get it treated.

Health Tips
Do warm saline rinses and try to blow air with your mouth closed whenever you close your mouth so that you don’t keep biting on that portion unknowingly.
