Is intermittent fasting the best way to lose weight? Is it safe method to do so? Also eliminating dairy and gluten from the diet will make a difference?

hello, intermittent fasting helps in rejuvinating cells and it is not recommended to follow over a long period of time. and gluten and dairy free diet helps only when u hav any intolerence. or else u can continue with right amount and frequency.

Avoid outside food, processed food and refined sugar as much as you can. Drink plenty of water everyday. Have fibre rich foods. Have plenty of fresh fruits and veggies. Hello Please share your height weight current diet schedule accordingly will suggest you . Go for naturally eat high fiber diet ( more fruits and vegetables) avoid totally sugar avoid totally outside food eat small meals eat between 2-3 hourly with regular intervals start detox drink twice a week

Don't follow Intermittant fasting diet not good for body. And don't eliminate dairy and gluten from diet. Follow Balanced and nutritious diet plan. Weight loss 1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty  . 4. Smaller meals in small quantity 5. Early dinner before 6 pm. 6. Unless you are not gluten intolerance you don't need to avoid wheat, and if if you are not lactose intolerant dont avoid milk. This is the not best way but its good , but before starting need to check that you dont have any health issues
