I'm looking for weight Loss diet plan. I've thyroid and PCOD. My periods are normal. I'm married and It's been 4 years, but having issues to get pregnant, which is a cause of my depression. My husband Dhrub, he is very much supportive. So we thought to take some consultation.
My main concern is my over weight. I've started gyming and loose 4 kg. Previously my weight was 92kg and now my weight is 88.5 kg but I'm just 5ft. Still 88.5 kg are over weight for me. I want to follow some proper diet. I can't eat wheat as I've gluten issue. I'm a non vegetarian.
