Gud evening pls try to follow a healthy lifestyle routine including a healthy balanced diet,exercise daily,sleep early,drink enough of water n reduce stress by exercising if any sort of u have.Pls try to do overall body check up on 3-6months gap including thyroid test,diabetes test,lipid test,liver functioning test,kidney functioning test and vitamins deficiency test.
