I have put on 7 kgs in last 4 months. No medical condition. I need to lose weight and get back in shape. I have a maid but she doesn’t cook without oil. Job is extremely stressful. I travel to Pune on weekends and end up eating outside. There is way too much stress in life which is affecting my eating. I am always tired physically and mentally.
