Greetings for the day!!      The time duration you have mentioned seems to be really less. Sudden weight gain is not healthy. It might lead to health problems later in life. It is ideal to stick with a safe level of increase. You need to consult with a qualified nutritionist for a customized diet plan. That can help you reach your goal safely. Thank you
