Use less oil,les sugar
Eat home made food, 4-5 small meals in a day don't overeat.

You must also drink plenty of water , eat good amount of other foods like milk, milk products, dry fruits. A few minutes of daily exercises , getting good sleep for 7-8hours will also help you to improve your health.
Headache could be due to less water intake , and can also be caused by long hours on mobile / TV.
